Paid for next day delivery, had confirmation it was to be sent Royal Mail 24, now 4 days late with no communication no tracking or anything. Poor communication terrible service.

I really like Zatu and they have been a go-to reseller, however instead of sending my package with Royal Mail which is what I requested and paid for they sent it with Yodal, who are renowned for their incompetence. It would appear that the package is lost- Yodel cannot trace it- And that is after me waiting in for most of the day. This is on a pre-order where Zatu have had my money for 4 months, and to make things worse one of the components that I ordered and paid for is now out of stock. I am hoping Zatu set things right, and I will be able to amend this review, if not my custom will go elsewhere

Supposed to be delivered between 2-3 days, didn't even get dispatched for 7 days. Item was meant as a birthday present and was late as a result of the poor dispatch process of Zatu. Customer service query replied saying that it wasn't their fault as it was stored with an external supplier - then don't advertise that it will be delivered within 2-3 days! I won't be ordering from Zatu again, very disappointing service.

No contact whatsoever after order placed, happy enough taking £100 out of my bank account but then unable to answer an email or have a working care line.

One of it appears to be many Zatu customers who experienced an issue and then experienced nothing but ignorance. Zatu website glitches, cancellations are not sorted, you as the customer are left holding the financial accountability for their error, they have no empathy for you as a paying customer and you are then ignored at every junction especially when you try to escalate a complaint. If their customer service responded as much as their social media team posted you'd stand a chance! Would never recommend, would never use again, I would rather pay more for a game and receive good service than lower price and the worst service I've experienced. Zero customer service, questionable business practices and standards.

I am still waiting my order to arrive. I have sent the message and also I called twice on their opening hours but the recoded message said that please call us our opening time ...... I am not happy at all with their customer service.

Worst experience possible. Worst support ever! They don´t even respond to email´s! It´s unbelievable. I don´t even what to do. Hope at least they are serious and give me a refund, but without any clarify or answer.. who knows, right?

I've had the same problem rang company on Tuesday and told my order would dispatched later this week sent a email and had no response tried to contact today at 3pm and got a answer phone saying they were closed the website states opening hour are 9 till 5

Chasing details on order - phones always busy, no response to email requests. Phone line closed during stated opening hours. Not a great first experience.

I originally ordered an item set to be restocked 01/10/2023. When the restock date was reached my order was still pending, and after another week the restock date was changed to 17/12/2023. As a result, other items in the order were withheld (as they will not dispatch until all items are available, despite being in stock) and I had to cancel the order. Found the items available much cheaper from an alternative seller.

Paid extra for next day delivery for what was going to be a Birthday gift. The delivery van turned up without the parcel......Surprise ruined. Contacted Zatu who said they will refund the difference in postage. Not at all bothered about the lack of gift on the day! Have now received the gift albeit late. Pointless exercise. Will have to think really hard whether I will use them again. On this occasion, which was an important one they let me down. They will no doubtedly blame the poor courier service, not my problemo.

They sent me a fraud check Email for a 72 GBP order! I responded to it and I did not receive my items so far although I paid for the next day delivery. They never responded to my phone calls. What a SCAM website!

My item has done missing/ miss delivered and under investigation. I have to wait two weeks to have it investigated all while having no product and no resolution till then. Getting the item cheaper wasn’t work this hassle. The item is a birthday gift that in two weeks time will be late if a replacement was sent.

Really disappointed in the customer service. Bought a game in April 2023 which was on Pre-Order for July 2023. I've messaged so many times and keep getting told that the release date gets put back each time, first to August, then October, it's now nearly November and no game update. I appreciate that the supplier is responsible, but Zatu is also responsible for informing their customers - no communication was made via email to explain the date was pushed back each time. Direct contact should be made to give customers the information, not just leaving people unaware. I am so sick of this

Worst site to buy games. Every time a different problem - damage in package, delays, asking for extra payments... Even the delivery that they asking for this review didn't deliver yet.
