Order placed on 13/02/23 and due for delivery on 16 or 17th Feb, order status is still awaiting dispatch, used the contact form to find out when they would be sending my order but have heard nothing, would definitely NOT recommend using this site. Absolutely awful company

It's been a week since I've placed my order and have heard nothing about when I'll be receiving it. I've used the contact form on the website and have got no response. I've tried to phone and got nowhere. Poor service all-round from Zatu Games.

Nearly a month after I placed my order on 1/12/23 with Zatu Games and no package. Got a swift "Your order has been dispatched" email the same day. However, the Royal Mail tracking shows "We're expecting it" and has remained in that state. Submitted a query about my order two days ago on their Contact Us and have not heard a peep from them. I'm beginning to believe the reviewers that accuse them of padding the positive reviews are correct.

I've been a regular customer of Zatu games for more than 1 year and I always rated it 5 stars, but this time my experience was quite negative. I placed my order on the 20th of January, on the 25th I received an email"your parcel has been delivered " while I was at home all day (no delivery driver knocked at my door or rang the intercom). I checked outside my door and all my neighbourhood, no parcel. I immediately contacted the courier and zatu games a few times, the answer has been always the same so far, " we are working with the courier to solve your issue". Today is the 11th of February and still no parcel. I asked them 2 days ago for a full refund and I'm still waiting for a reply. If I get at least a refund, soon enough, I could give them another chance and treat this as an isolated issue, otherwise they'll lose me as a customer for ever.

The website timed out during my checkout resulting in 2 purchases. I asked about it immediately to prevent this very expensive mistake from shipping 2x and the reply was a week later, telling me they confirmed there were 2 orders sent, with no resolution for me. Definitely not the best experience

The board game I bought arrived damaged. There was actually zero protection in the parcel to endure the transportation. Really disappointed by my purchase.

You are a fraud. And I'm explaining why - the service of delivery you use is faulty, this Royal Mail service is not working, and you know this very well. This situation is not recent, and you know it, so, WHY didn't you changed the courier company or at least notify the customers of these very long delays. But no, you choose to take the money and lie about delivery dates. For me, this is fraud, you sell and taking money for products that don't deliver, while you are full aware. Futhermore, when contacted your response is automated, they're just answers from chat bots. Worse, you don't have a "refund" action on your site, again REFUND, just refund. You have only the "return and refund" which is not helpfull, since we the customers didn't receveid the packages. I already contacted the police in UK and my local police authorities, perhaps will be a long process, but trust me, I won't give up.

Empty package was received with no game inside. Package was intact and untampered with so was obviously sent without the game inside.

I've had a decent impression of this shop until recent issue. I've ordered a board game(to Cyprus), the delivery was somewhat delayed. I sent them email with question and received response after 1 day with explanation why it was delayed. Then when the delivery actually came - I was additionally taxed with VAT by local customs, even though i payed VAT on purchase. The customs told me to contact store and ask for a VAT refund there. So i wrote an email... then after a few days i wrote another one, but got no response on any of those whatsoever. Even if they declined and explained why - it would be better than plain ignoring the problem. I guess, they doesn't care about customers from EU, so just be careful when ordering here, or you could pay 20% more for your order in the end.

Zatu have used Yodel for the delivery of this item, which was a birthday present. Yodel has been awful and told me they delivered the item and they haven't. They have since realized they made a mistake and say they are sorting it out, but no updates yet. So my father-in-law didnt get his present on time and its left me feeling rather annoyed.

Needed to return my item because either ordered the wrong bundle. Even though it says on the website return page they will provide a label at a small cost. This is untrue if item is over £100. I feel like this is misleading and needs to be updated as I had to fork out over £20 for a return label. The customer service agent was also pretty rude a out the whole thing. I won't be using them again!

Zatu use to be really good, but the last few orders have let me down. Paid extra for next day delivery that hasn't occurred for 2 of the last 3 orders. One order they stopped without telling me because they had sold out of something I ordered. The customer service was also rude, won't order from again

Item that states 2 day delivery took 12 days. When contacted to do a refund as I no longer need the item (as it was 10 days late I’ve had to replace it elsewhere as it was a birthday present for my child), I have been ignored. Customer service is terrible avoid at all costs
