Ordered and paid for the core game and three sets to go with it on the 16th July, we are now at the 21st July and still not processed and dispatched? Nothing from Zatu to explain what is going on despite raising two customer service tickets over the last two days. Not a good experience.

Beware of Backorders, I ordered an item on backorder in September 2022 and had to initiate contact for updates and prompt them, every time to get pushed down the road. this went on consistently until April this year when I was told July was the date. July came ad no contact, on the 13th July I, once again, initiated contact only to be told that there was no update from the suppliers and that the "Content Page" will be updated... NOT ME THE CONTENT PAGE! Not once was I offered a refund or any other solution other than wait, I'm pretty furious especially in the last contacts I have received, never shopping here again!

After ordering, Zatu confirmed all items would be sent and I paid for the 48hrs royal mail delivery. Nothing from Zatu then sent and I asked for a refund on the delivery day as i took a day off from work for the delivery. 6 hours later they posted everything so their communication is awful! I won't use Zatu again!

Huge Collection, Good Prices BUT.. the Packaging is terrible. I live in Germany and it's the 3rd time i ordered form Zatu and all three times some of the games were damaged. I complained in the past but no Changes. It's really Frustrating....!!! Please for the LOVE OF GOD make some changes at least for packages you have to deliver outside of the UK...

I ordered with expedited shipping and received and email stating that my order had been received and I could track the progress. But when i try to track the progress it just says the order is invalid. I have tried to reach out to customer service but no one has responded.

Hi there, Thanks for contacting us. I am sorry to hear about this issue! Our customers always receive a tracking link as soon as the order is despatched. You will have received a tracking number when the order was despatched on 28/06/23 and you will be able to track the progress this way. I ordered a £130 game called Gloomhaven and received a cheap board game organiser called "FS-March". I contacted customer service and they barely replied and said to wait 48h. This is my first order and it's a horrible experience. My advice is don't order from them.

I have been so disappointed with Zatu. They advertised an ultimate edition game. The product description was explaining the upstaged components. Turns out this was falsely advertised. The edition they described wasn’t a retailer edition. After 2 weeks of trying to find out why I was told to contact the manufacturer by Zatu. The manufacturer confirmed their false advertising. I asked for a partial refund for the game as it was not the one I had ordered. It’s been 24 days and I’ve had to chase Zatu for updates. I am also still waiting for my refund. Definitely not good enough!

I am sorry to hear that on this occasion we did not do this, we have now implemented this for you. We get our descriptions directly from the manufacturer/supplier and I am sorry that this was misleading in this instance. We are investigating this with them. Paid 100+ for a limited edition product. Next day delivery on the 16th and had the worst time with delivery. Still waiting on my package that has now been sent back to sender

Would rate at 0 if the site would let me. I'll preface this review by stating that they seem reasonable to deal with if what you're after is in their actual stock. If it's a pre-order with a set date you'll probably be ok as well but possibly not. If it's a "back-order/wave 2" whatever forget about it..! I was strung along for 10 months over a back order item that kept being a few weeks away or whatever and at the 10 month mark I decided nope not worth this nonsense please just send the rest of the order. Order arrives and all is well - within two weeks the item that was always coming but never came was magically back in stock and they hiked the price over what I agreed to pay by like 70%. Contacted their support to see if we could come to some sort of arrangement/discount seeing as I had waited "and already paid" for 10 months. But those guys were as useful as fingerless gloves in winter. All of this came after they messed up a price on a pre-order release and asked the customers (me) to pay the difference which I did without complaint. So I would avoid if buying something they don't have in their hands to avoid the mass of disappointment I had to deal with. Also a restock fee for returns ought to be criminal to be honest which they also charge. They also have a "loyalty program" that you never actually redeem as their general discount voids it which is beyond stupid. I got so angry I had to request my account was deleted.

Hello, I am so sorry for your experience with us. I can confirm that most of our backorders arrive with us within around 6 weeks, however sometimes there are delays beyond our control. Regarding our restock fee, this only applies if the item is unwanted and our customers do have 60 days to return items. Our loyalty scheme allows up to £7.50 off an order once our customers have accrued enough points, this has recently increased from £5, and allows our customers to often get a bigger discount than our general codes! Problem aftter problem was told would be 24 hour then was called couple days latter to be told 1 of the items I bought was priced wrong so had to pay the difference was then told it would be sent that day was not for another 2 days when I called and asked them to send what they had I eventually got 2 parcels and still currently waiting for the rest of order

Ordered the dark souls trilogy about over a week ago, still haven't received it. I wouldn't recommend buying from here. I just want a refund.

Delivered one of the five items I ordered and did not respond to any attempts to communicate (both email and through their site). Phone numbers do not work internationally. The company either badly packaged or just did not even send the items that were bought and paid for. Very disappointing.

Zatu Games is an unhelpful and uncooperative company that failed to provide any assistance when the order placed was lost within the delivery system they use. They refused to re-send replacement goods and baulked at a refund. I will not be using this company again,
