“The box arrived damaged which is unfortunate as the game is beautiful. The corner of the game box was crushed slightly.”

“Ordered multiple Flames of war unit and command cards in June at the time of order the predicted delivery date was July . Within a short period of ordering the predicted delivery moved months . By September the cards had been reprinted and friends were obtaining cards from other suppliers . At this point I went to another supplier and obtained some cards I needed for a game . Chaser phone call s identified my original they were in the warehouse .. the order contained cards I still needed so I continued my wait ..they have eventually arrived in September . Price and quality was excellent but the extended wait was disappointing”

“Good price and quick delivery, but I wasn't happy with the way my items were packaged. Two largish board games and a small pack of lego were in a box 3 times the size needed, with minimal internal packaging to keep them from moving around in transit. When arrived, the top of the box was pushed inwards far enough that the tape was unstuck. The games insde were undamaged, luckily, but the lego box was squashed flat which was a bit of a shame as it was a gift.”

“Items were in great condition but the delivery process was long... It took a whole month to deliver. I had to be chasing up and sending emails. There were no explanation for the delay and/or apology.”

“Arrives on time & is packaged well. The problem is with back orders. You never know when you'll get item. Mine was ordered in May & I'm still waiting. Now, I just wait til the item is in stock or set up for notification of item.”

“Zatu stock most of the exciting new releases in boardgames. Prices are competitive, delivery is quick. However, stock does not always arrive when the expected date states and they charge your card upon placing the order, which means there may be a big delay between payment and receipt of your order. Thankfully, I had no issues and received my order as soon as it was ready.”

“The game itself was fantastic, I’m very glad I ordered it. I did however order it in April, with expected delivery in June. Then did not receive it until August. The shipping etc. was fine but the estimated restock month was massively off.”

“Fast shipping, just only downfall is I ordered games to the USA and they put all four boxes in the box with no padding, protection or anything from one another. So my "new" board games came dinged and dented. Kind of disappointed actually.”

“The products were delivered promptly however, the packaging was quite badly damaged having being squashed during transit. The damage was bad enough to also damage the boxes of the products in the delivery.”

“Normally love Zara, but was a little disappointed by the lack of updates over a pre-order of Daybreak, which I ordered in January and received at the end of July. One email response to my question which was not overly helpful. The game is very good by the way, and I do love Zatu normally, good selection, price and timely delivery.”

“Im disappointed..... I ordered this game after playing it at a friends place. We played it with family for the first time and the first thing up was the hand. It couldn't be found and after we finished the game checked it out and the hand piece is literally missing. But frustrating.”
