“Fast shipping, just only downfall is I ordered games to the USA and they put all four boxes in the box with no padding, protection or anything from one another. So my "new" board games came dinged and dented. Kind of disappointed actually.”

“The products were delivered promptly however, the packaging was quite badly damaged having being squashed during transit. The damage was bad enough to also damage the boxes of the products in the delivery.”

“Normally love Zara, but was a little disappointed by the lack of updates over a pre-order of Daybreak, which I ordered in January and received at the end of July. One email response to my question which was not overly helpful. The game is very good by the way, and I do love Zatu normally, good selection, price and timely delivery.”

“Im disappointed..... I ordered this game after playing it at a friends place. We played it with family for the first time and the first thing up was the hand. It couldn't be found and after we finished the game checked it out and the hand piece is literally missing. But frustrating.”

“The products themselves are really good and arrived well packaged so very happy with that. The original estimated delivery time was well off though unfortunately as customer service said they needed to wait for one of the items to be moved from one site to their main warehouse. I had to chase Zatu to find out why there was a delay and feel it would be better if the estimated delivery time had taken this in to account.”

“The listing as ‘B Grade’ really didn’t describe the condition in which I received the books. I was shocked at how damaged the product was and it had been taped up with Zatu tape so it wouldn’t fall apart. The books were damaged (not just the packaging/slipcase). Three of the spines of the books were broken. The product was half price, but still overpriced for the condition if I’m honest. I was wanting this set of books to read, so will just live with the condition, but doubt I’ll buy or would recommend to anyone buying these ‘Graded’ products without seeing actual photos of the items first. You live and learn… and I have definitely done that.”

“Quick to take payment but very slow for delivery I waited almost 2 weeks for my game and then I found out it was a disc and not a digital download hence the reason for only 3 start rating.”

“Spirit Island came with damage on the corner of the box. Maybe it got damaged during shipment, but this points to a need of better packaging/protection to the games when shipping them. Dorfromantik box is not the one advertised on the website. We would probably have not bought it and looked for the box without the award on the box. We will not have it on display because of that reason. Don't get me wrong the content in the box is what matters but we don't like the box, since it has a really invasive award on it. Makes it look uggly and it's on all sides of the box.”

“Generally very happy with my orders from zatu! 9 times out of 10 they've arrived quickly and in good condition. On the times there have been issues though I've been less than impressed with the customer service for damaged goods or IOSS not being processed correctly leading to customs charges.”

“Very fast shipping but my order has been stuck at customs for 10 days plus now. An explanation on delays for international orders would be appreciated to know if there would be something I need to do on my part”

“Prices seem good and sales are frequent. Ordered only once and my books were damaged at they weren't packaged securely though. Waiting on a response from Zatu regarding this, so leaving a 3/5 for now.”

“Due to a lack of (none) communication concerning the multiple delays/release date changes - had to check the item page for any actual updates - of the product I preordered, I doubt I'll preorder from Zatu again. However item did arrive very quickly one eventually despatched, and was well packaged.”
