I paid for tracked 48 delivery for it not too arrive and now they have said they are moving warehouse, I wish they had updated their site with that information as I ordered for a birthday. They told me I would get my order a day late and then subsequently changed it too extra delays. It’s the first time I’ve used and will be the last. I’m just hoping the items come in time for my sons birthday on Monday but it still says awaiting dispatch.

I was lucky to get it.... Parcel was open both ends and appears to be the packaging for a book not a box. When I picked it up all the contents fell on the floor. I am keen to recycle packaging, save the planet, etc, but not at the cost of it and its contents being separated in transit. I was lucky to get it....

I placed an order and this had not yet been dispatched after 3 days. When I queried this and advised I might need to cancel if it's not sent soon, they just cancelled my order with no explanation. Disappointing...

The expedition was not eu friendly and I was overcharged for 30€ taxes.

Made an order of Tuesday 12 October at 9:17. Payment taken, though order was still on Awaiting Dispatch by Thursday 14 October evening. Ordered as a Birthday present for the weekend, and with 48 hour delivery would no longer receive in time. Although had to cancel order, used Zatu's Contact page and got an email back within half an hour that the order was cancelled and a refund was arranged. Would give 5 stars for the quick customer service.

Very poor thought I'd order for first time my order should have been with me Wednesday not arrived said it was 24 hour delivery as needed for a gift Saturday kept getting promised it would be with me as it was a gift I've phoned to cancel see how long refund takes looks like all reviews these last few days are bad

Ordered 2 seperate items on the store about 4 days ago. Paid for 2-4 days delivery on both items. Here we are and neither have been shipped. No reply from the company themselves. Just put in a refund request will update here if they pay it.

very upset with this company, i bought fifa 22 on thursday 29/09 to be posted on friday 30/09, I paid for the 24-hour shipping with tracking, but that's not what happened, they sent me an email just saying that had been shipped, without the tracking number I paid for today Monday, I stayed at home all day in anticipation of getting my product and nothing. I think that when we bought something on the launch date and paid even more, and because we are anxious about such a product, to my misfortune I was frustrated in it, and the worst thing is that they didn't send me another email with explanations about where the my product. my first and last purchase with them. I only bought it because a friend referred me to the store. upset

Orders to EU get significant additional costs. Includes tax + customs handling costs! Don’t order unless you have no alternative. Tax wise Zatu/board-games should be able to fix this by paying taxes upfront. Saves a lot of frustration and money.

So basically i wouldndt recommend anyone to order from this platform, i waited for almost a year for three games, which they said would take two month to deluver, then one was canceled, i was lied to by the custumer support, btw they only answer the life chat on the website, i send 5 emails and they were all ignored, then i bat do pay tax for it which wasnt qnywhere to find when i ordered the package and i got no compensation whatsoever, except them asking me for a review :)

Placed an order, was sent something completely different in packaging that was too small to fit my original order, leading me to believe it was a scam. Replacement was not sent. An overall waste of time and effort having to print off return labels and send the wrong items back when they had no intention of providing me the product I had paid money for. Awful experience and customer service, shopping elsewhere moving forward.

I waited 10 months to receive the goods, when only one pack out of 15 was missing and paid custom duties and taxes for nearly 45 euros, receiving 31 as a refund. All of this could have been avoided simply by cutting one pack and sending all in time...

While they are usually good price/delivery, found that they are not proactive to inform of any issues/delays on the order, and that got me a bit disappointed with their customer service.(Had a order that the "stock on our website has not matched what is in our warehouse." this was not informed to me, and got all my other items on hold as well. I also have a subscription for their monthly box, that it ok(only received once so far) the items match the price of the box, will do another month. However at this time, the resolution of my current issue will be used to know I will keep ordering from them.

Since January products from UK to Europe are charged with handling fees in the custom area at the airport. Products are charged again with the country taxes at the arrival to the post office. These fees, as recomended, should be shown during the process of placing the order. Mainly, custoners pay VAT to the seller, and post services take care of the handling fees. I'm sorry to say that my experience with Zatu didn't met the expectations. I was never informed about this extra fees and I had to handle the custom clearence procedure and paid this extra money. Retailers like Alibaba, Gearbest or Aliexpres inform clearly about this fees during the order process. I expect from a UK company to be fare and clear with his customers. I guess this order will be the one and only I place with Zatu Games. I'm so sorry for this review, but I had to write it.

when I add games to my basket I go back 2 days later they are all gone. I cant use the wish list you just get "We are currently upgrading our Wishlist, sorry for any inconvenienced caused. Please check back soon." not good
