“I can not review the game I ordered because I didn’t receive it, I received a different one. And had to give that as a gift as I didn’t have time to return it. Would not recommend.”

“Pre-ordered a video game for switch and all of my friends have got it before me from stores/other sellers, was literally no point in me pre-ordering, do yourself a favour and don't pre-order from Zatu”

“Preordered a game, expecting the game to be delivered on day of release, which I think is a reasonable expectation, and it hasn't been delivered. Had I have know it wouldn't be delivered on day of release, I'd have bought it elsewhere. Very disappointed.”

“I ordered 9 days ago and still havent had it dispatched. Contacted them 3 times and no response. Items wont arrive until after the intended game night now. Disappointed”

“Digimon sealed boxes are suppose to come with 2 dash packs per box and absolutely none were sent with my two boxes. This leaves a terrible taste in my mouth, especially since I'm ordering from the U.S. Zatu Games is most likely yet another company that sells them separately when Bandai exclusively states that they are to be given out with each sealed box. I didn't get the chance to take pictures as they were a gift for a friend. The boxes were poorly wrapped, a long flat piece of card-board wrapping both boxes with it being exposed completely on both sides which made one the boxes bent up and a few cards in the pack were bent. Would never recommend them ever again. ChaosCards not only gave a cheaper price per box but gave put extra dash packs with the product. You've been warned!”

“With no warning on the website it took more than 2 weeks for an in-stock item to be dispatched. Emailed after a few days and told it would definitely be dispatched next day. Nothing. Emailed a few days later and was told it should be sent within the next few days. Nothing. Emailed a week after that, no response. Had to then telephone them before they would actually dispatch the item. They did take the shipping from 48 to 24 hours (worth £1) as a sorry. Frankly I expect better and will certainly be reluctant to shop here again.”

“I ordered a game a year and a half ago, it never arrived , I repeatedly emailed asking if this would arrive and was repeatedly told it would be here soon, it did eventually arrive but only after I could have bought it from other places which then sold out, Sati only ever replied when I emailed them, there was no attempt to apologise pro actively and the apologies felt very superficial. I am extremely disappointed and intend never to use them again for my purchases or my work ones,”

“Stocking error. Misled by customer services (twice), advised would send first class and didn’t. Complained and they still got it wrong and advised they had refunded item and postage. Hope you get it sorted after the move.”

“I have made restock order on 27 th of May 2021. Stil did not recive my order and Zatu games does not send any updates about it. I know restocks are tricky but 5 months is a litle too much.”
