The game was in a flimsy package, so the box arrived with a corner badly dented. Customer service is not responding either. They were okay in the past, but after this, never again.

I am incredibly disappointed with this service. I bought something for international delivery in Portugal, paid the costs of it, only to find out my parcel is stuck at customs because of wrong documents and potentially lack of payment. It has been 20 days since ordering, I have contacted Zatu several days ago to find out what's happening and what is being done, without success. No answer. I appreciate an international delivery is more complicated than a national one, particularly after brexit and during covid. However, you'd imagine that if you want to keep that service the bare minimum would be to know which documents to use and to reply to costumers. I will not recommend ZATU to anyone anymore for international deliveries and frankly I will not use it regardless. Bad costumer service.

They sell items they don't have. Updates on your delivery are non-existant. If you order be expected to chase support for delivery updates. I ordered 5 games in Aug 2020 which included some items which were expected to be in stock soon. After not hearing from them for 2 months, I contacted support at the end of Oct 2020. They said 2 items were still out of stock but were expecting stock soon and they would send the other 3 as soon as possible, which were received in Nov 2020. In March 2021, I had still heard nothing on the outstanding 2 games. I contacted support who said stock is expected between Apr and May. Again, no updates. I contacted support in June 2021. This time they said that one item was in stock but the other would not be in stock until Aug 2021. They said that they would dispatch the item which was in stock. 3 weeks later and 11 months since my original order. I have not received the item which was dispatched. I have requested a refund and they have stated that it will arrive within 3-5 days. However, given my experience with their timelines we will see.....

I received the product very late and in addition to not being the one indicated when ordering, I had ordered the old version, paid for as such and then I get the new one, which in addition to being different, if purchased in its specific space cost even less. If I was looking for the old one over the new one, there was a reason. Furthermore, I also had to pay € 13.98 for customs clearance which was not indicated anywhere on the site. Since I am not satisfied with my purchase I would like to return it and get a refund, but I absolutely do not intend to spend another cent. At a minimum, the return should be at your expense given the inconvenience it caused me. I've been waiting for a reply to the email for days, terribile customer service. If the old product is out of stock, remove it from the site and do not pass off the new one as the old one, because in my opinion this is a scam. I've been waiting for Spartacus game for years and seeing it back in stock gave me hope, but then once I get there I find something incompatible (the old one had different illustrations first of all and peddling them as identical even if it's a reissue is just wrong). It had to be specified that it was the other and that's it, so I didn't even order it. Still waiting for an answer which I hope will satisfy my requests. Perhaps by writing a negative review, someone makes themselves heard.

It's not worth buying from Spain (I guess the same applies for the rest of the EU). I got charged an extra €40 upon delivery for a one hundred euro order. An extra 40%!! It's madness!

The sleeves were incorrectly labelled as premium and the price was premium but the sleeves were standard. Basically wasted my time.

The product I received was in great condition. The shipping was fast even though I am overseas. I am leaving a 1 star review because they went out of their way to request a review and I personally find that frustrating when retailers do that.

Ordered flesh and blood monarch months ago, only to be told they cannot fulfill my order of 2 boosters. Bloody disappointing and unprofessional, I will never order from them again

Con artists, offer items for sale and then change the price on you to try and get more money out of you, and will just cancel your order if you don't pay. You will need to pay full price for what ever you choose, regardless of the advertised price. Never using them again !!!!

Selling items you don't stock, ie taking money for something you don't have, something that you can't even estimate when you might have, something that suppliers say is discontinued / out-of-print and that you will probably never have, is not cool

Ordered goods and received the wrong item, when I contacted Zatu games received an abrupt e-mail saying that I would have to return the goods before they would discuss the matter further. Returned the goods on 12th April using the post office return and am still awaiting acknowledgement, any response or a refund. Terrible service, will not be buying from Zatu games again.

My Order was placed on 21/11/2020 and I am still waiting for the games, half year!!!! I can't believe that and one of the games is a birthday present!!! I sent 5 emails, and just they replied to me the first time and I had called them by phone 4 times! Spending my time and my money. Nobody is contact with me and get me a solution.

I purchased a re-stock board game knowing it would take approximately 2 months to arrive. After 10 weeks with zero correspondence from Zatu with regards to any update I phone up and learn that it would be at least another 4-5 weeks. Not good enough, bought multiple games previously but will reconsider going forward.

Cant review the product as I never got it! Yet again I've had a product shipped to me with really bad packaging. Item was sent using a fold over end box that wasn't secured resulting in a heavy item (Gaming Coins) falling out in transit and going missing. I've contacted customer support 3 times now and nothing back. You guys really need to sort out your packaging.
