“I ordered Athenum Mystic libary. When we opened the box, an ugly smell came out of it. The plastic bags inside, the blue bag too and several paper stuff were covered with mould. Because its a christmas gift, i cleaned all stuff, freezed all for 2 days and dry it now in the oven. Please control other boxes in your warehouse next to this game. Perhaps there are more of them with this problem.”

“Dear Sirs, You have sent me a request to publish the review today, Dec 19th. However, by now I do have not received the ordered product. Moreover, I have no idea about where it is and when it can be expected to arrive. The latest update is from Dec 10th, saying that the ordered item is leaving UK. I use this opportunity to inform you that I am absolutely dissatisfied with the way you process the orders and update your customers about the status of deliveries.”

“Kinda like Amazon, without the CS... So I spent £230 on 26/11, inc. £6 for 2-day delivery service (order #####26954). It took 5 days for order to ship, during which time Black Fri came & went. Some of the items were reduced in price, but Zatu repeatedly refused to honour lower pricing, advising that I'd have to cancel and re-order to take advantage of these promos, thus negating the time I'd already waited. Oh well... My order shipped on 01/12, delivered on 06/12 so, still slightly disappointed at their previous responses, I asked a refund for the 2-day shipping I'd paid for. And Zatu's response...? HA! What response...? Ignored!”

“on 22/11 I ordered an Advent calendar for my son. it says on the website that I can expect 1 week delivery to Dk .... ie. that it should be here before December 1st. we now have the 11/12 and I have not received it yet !!! now it may not matter ... I have had to buy another Advent calendar instead.”

“I don't like to leave bad reviews where I don't need to, especially as I've had great experiences with this company. But this time I just had to say something. I preordered a game in September, only now to be told they don't have the stock available and they cancelled and refunded my order. That would be fine, but as everywhere else has had sold their stock, there doesn't seem to be any copies left to be seen in the entirety of the UK. Surely they knew the amount of stock they'd be recieving for the game, but just let preorders keep rolling in past the amount of stock they'd be recieving. And they were taking preorders right up until they got stock this week. So I dread to think just how many people have gotten their orders cancelled. This is just such a collossal mismanagement and now I likely won't be able to play this game until there is a preprint, however long that takes, which will likely take a year, if even longer. Such a happy christmas for me!”

“Placed an order on 26/11 still hadn’t received my order a week later I phoned them, got told the item I ordered gets ordered by a secondary company to get delivered to them then re-shipped to me. This was on the Friday and they said I will receive the following Monday if I don’t phone on the Tuesday (today) I have just phoned to be told it’s not in stock it won’t be coming back in stock and never will be, and The lady on the phone said I shouldn’t have been sold it, will issue full refund but will take 7 days but that will be after the last posting date so no good for me when I don’t have the funds to re purchase elsewhere! So I could of had a refund the week before and got the item elsewhere!!!”

“Placed an order. No communication after a few days. Chased. Told stock would be in 3-5 days. 5 days later, chased again. "Stock expected in the next few days". Cancelled order. Told refund would be 3-5 working days. Seven days later, no refund. 20 days after placing order, no product, no refund.”

“I placed an order for 6 books with Zatu on 9th November having checked they were all in stock according to their website as they were a present. Their delivery stated orders should be dispatched with 24hrs and take a couple of days to arrive. On 15th November the order still said processing so I telephoned to be told 3 of the books were not actually in stock but a delivery was expected the next day. On 22nd November I had still received nothing so phoned again. Told exactly the same that delivery due and my order would be sent via 24hr delivery. On 25th phoned again as till not received. This time told they weren't really sure when it would be sent. By this time the deadline for the present had long gone. Finally, on 3rd December the books arrived. They were so poorly packaged that Royal Mail had placed them in a plastic bag. Fortunately the books inside were still ok. This was my first order with Zatu, and will also be my last. I appreciate things do go wrong occasionally, but my overall experience with this company was very poor.”

“If I could give no star I would! Ordered on the 19 November supposedly despatched on 22 still no parcel by the 29 November, contacted twice , finally received a reply, giving a full refund , sorry. Not actually sure this order was ever despatched, all items out of stock shortly after. Would not recommend.”
