“My light in a storm. Living in Spain, it's so hard to find a good game retailer who sells games in English. Zatu are my saviours. All Pokémon TCG products we sell are genuine and sourced through authorised distribution channels. We do not sell counterfeit, repacked, or unofficial products. Booster packs contain randomly selected cards, so the contents and perceived value can vary considerably. However, if you believe there is a genuine issue with the authenticity or condition of the product, we would have been happy to investigate this. We have not received any contact or supporting photographs regarding this order, so we have not had the opportunity to assess the concern. “Purchases were a gift and the recipient was very pleased. I've used Zatu numerous times and it is very good. Unfortunately, they've started using Evri (the UK's worst delivery company), which unsurprisingly delivered a day later than originally stated without any real information update or reason. I would strongly encourage Zatu to offer buyers an alternative delivery option than Evri or (better still) sack Evri to avoid Zatu's strong brand from being polluted by a deeply unreliable delivery company.”
