My order placed on 01/12/2022 has not been sent to Royal Mail until now. I sent two emails complaining and asking for a solution. They answered both times with a generic answer and did not solve it disappointing

Hi Zatu, My experience is not great as I haven't received my parcel yet. It's been a week now - and I had ordered it for the next day UK. I was not able to host our poker night as I still don't have the chips. Thanks,

I'd love to write a review but despite paying for 24 hr delivery the game still isn't here after 1 week, I know the post are striking occasionally but should have been here by now, other parcels are. Customer services attitude is to wait it out! Not great when it is a present required to go somewhere else

I ordered a game November 6 it is now December 13, not only have I not received my game I have not had a response to my enquiries. I live out of the UK so ordered with plenty of time for the holidays but it looks like not only will I not get the game in time I will not get it at all. So disappointed in this experience since the last time I was very happy.

Instead ordered items, on release day, nothing, I emailed and no one replied. Phoned the following day to be told they hadn't enough items to fulfil the pre orders. Yes I got a refund, but really bad service and disappointed they couldn't even be bothered to inform me. Not sure I would pre order items again from them.

Ordered a game at beginning of November ready for Xmas. It arrived damaged in the box, sent it back being told they had loads in stock and another would be sent out. After waiting a couple of weeks and no contact from them I have found out they have none. No communication from them which is extremely poor.

No customer service. I scoured the website and there’s nobody to contact. Not sure if my money got stolen or what? Tracking info has said “we’re expecting it” for 1.5 weeks, but I have no way to confirm that they have sent the game to the post office.

First experience... and might be my last.. I put in an order FOUR MONTHS ago and have received ZERO update... I check my account and it shows NO ORDER in my queue AND the order# link from my email just has the site telling me it's in invalid order#.. What kind of shady company and terrible service is this!?

Been waiting for my order to show up for about 6 months now. I've tried reaching out several times and any message I send to the provided email is blocked so I have to call and the timezone difference makes that difficult for me. But even when I get ahold of someone they don't have any info for when my order will come in. I'm well past double the estimated time of delivery at this point and would have purchased this item anywhere else but now that I trusted this site for so long its no longer available anywhere else so I'm still waiting. If I ever actually get my purchase I'll update this review.

I can confirm that while we typically expect to fulfil restock orders within 2 months, this can unfortunately take longer in some rare cases, due to circumstances outside of our control. We have been assured by our suppliers that we can still expect a restock in the future, however we have not been given any additional information regarding this, and so are unable to provide a firm date for when this will be. Not impressed. Ordered a game on a Monday and it wasn't posted until the Saturday (despite paying 48hr tracked postage!) Game eventually turned up after 17 days! After repeatedly writing to Zatu, all I got back was 'it should arrive soon.' Very bad customer service. If it takes you 5 days to post an item then don't charge for 48hr tracked services.

Ordered some games and they both arrived with damaged boxes. Took ages for someone to get back to me. Sent them back and no refund as yet. Every attempt I've made to contact them has been ignored. Quick to take money but won't refund. Awful customer service.
