I ordered alot of the one piece booster boxes. I then get an email from zatu one day before release date with them stating they will not give me my order until march. I had emailed them when I originally ordered the product to check timescale and was told by someone in their staff that I would receive my products on release date unless the release date changed. The release date did not change so they basically lied to me. I could of placed this large order with livingrealms or a different company instead back when it was available. It would have been cheaper too. But I have been using zatu for years and they said I would get my products on time so I stuck with them. I sent them an email the same day they email me to say I would not be getting my order. I have yet to receive a response from any of their staff which is strange because normally they reply very fast. No suitable resolution or anything. Horrendous service.

Sent the wrong item and refuse to refund. I pre-ordered an expensive and limited item here. The pre-order was sent three months later instead of the stated single one. I do not live in the UK and paid a huge customs fee - more than 100 euros - to receive the good. When I opened the box, I found the wrong item inside. When I wrote to the store, showed all the receipts, they assured me that they would return all the money - the cost of the wrong product, and the customs fee. After I sent the good back and received the cost of the item, the store manager wrote that they made a mistake, and in fact the customs fee should be returned to me by the customs of my country. I called there, and they told me that information was wrong, and in my situation they should not return anything. With this information, I returned to the store. I was asked again for a receipt with payment of the fee, and then they said that they had checked their information, and the customs should return the money to me. I asked them for the exact contact of the person who gave them this information to contact them myself, but they didn't respond and have continued to ignore me ever since. As a result, I spent half a year of my life on this situation, I lost the opportunity to buy the item I needed in a convenient place and not at an incredibly high price, since it was already sold out almost everywhere, and I also paid a serious amount for this, which no one is going to return. I strongly do not recommend this store if you want to get what you ordered and do not want to spend a lot of money and a lot of time on nothing.

Paid for shipping that says 48 hours again it took a lot longer and i was ignored when i messaged for a refund on the postage. I wont be using them a 3rd time. Aweful service well no service as im ignored!

Ordered two board games on 11 October. One was a Christmas present the other for a birthday on 5 December. Chased them up 2 weeks ago and they were allegedly ready for dispatch but nothing has arrived yet - maybe held up in Riyal Mail strikes? Tried to phone them today on 0800 007 5444 at 9.30am and it was an answerphone saying we are closed please ring between 9am and 56pm Monday to Friday. Today is a friday. I wont be buying anything else from them

8 days and still haven't received my order. Royal Mail have said they dont even have it from Zatu yet!! Very poor customer service from Zatu Games, I was told to wait another 7 days before they'd even do anything about it. Next time I will use Athena Games, as their customer service is far better.

You need to put better pulls in this Box as I've had loads and you do not get any good pulls it is not worth the money you charge

Very misleading that this is only an insert and not the game extension itself. The picture and even the description are wrong and let's you believe you are buying the game itself!
