I have an order which is now over a year outstanding. Have found that Zatu's customer service re: this order to be consistently terrible. I have complained via email 6 times at least. In several emails I have stated that my patience has run out and I want a phone call with a customer service assistant to clarify what options I have to resolve this outstanding order. Every single time Zatu just ignore my request and give me an unhelpful, template response.

However, in some rare cases, they can take longer to arrive with us. This can be down to various factors outside of our control. My order didn’t arrive, a sealed envelope came but no game. Customer service replied promptly but I still had to wait another 10 days for game. Sometimes saying sorry for inconvenience isn’t enough

I bought 3 of the hidden potential tins as the description said 5 booster packs inside. Was excited thinking I got the ones with evolving skies inside. When I received it, it had only 4 booster packs and no evolving skies. Emailed Zatu games and they said the description online was wrong and that was the end of it. Never buying from them again

Where is my order? I paid and was told it was dispatched 12 days ago and now it shows as "invalid" on your site. There have been no shipping updates in 12 days. What sort of dodgy business is happening here? Have you even shipped my order and where is my payment? Why has the order disappeared from your website?

How can I write a review if a haven’t my package!! I still waiting I wrote twice tu zatu games to know any news about my order and no one respondes. Is a complete dessaster is a mess!!

Took 16 days to receive my order and even then I'm sure they only sent it after I queried why it hadn't been dispatched over a week after I placed my order. When the order did finally arrive it was missing an item. These were supposed to be birthday presents, suffice to say they didn't get here in time for that.

Ordered 6 days ago, still waiting... missed the kids half term holidays now! Won't be using again after being told it was 48hr delivery when I spoke to them, it's 140hrs now !!!!

Normally excellent customer service but my last order took 2 weeks to dispatch, and then when it arrived, the 'A-grade' outlet item, which is supposed to just be minor cosmetic damage or missing cellophane, was far worse condition than I expected; the box was heavily crushed and the cards inside badly warped as a result. Had the item been described correctly I would not have bought it and would instead have just bought a regular retail item. Not worth the £2 saving for a badly damaged box and components. On top of that, I had to pay the £3 for shipping (on a £75 order) which was not dispatched until two weeks after I played it. That's just a bit of a p*ss-take IMO. I am also currently waiting on a preorder (Riftforce Beyond) which multiple other sites have listed as available for sale today but Zatu has no further information about it (still showing as 'Pre-order now'). Seems odd that the biggest site would be so slow to update their information. I don't know what's going on behind the scenes but it's a shame as Zatu has previously been my favourite site for buying games, and I've spent a lot of money with them as a result; these last couple of really poor experiences are therefore disappointing, and confusing, and I may start buying elsewhere.

Really disappointed to have my 40k mtg commander decks order cancelled. Funny how there's only ever an 'inventory issue' when the price has skyrocketed!

1 star only because it won’t let me do zero. Ordered what looked like a set of 4 figures only to be sent 1. After asking why was told it was only meant to be 1 and the description would be changed to be less vague. Asked for a refund and still no news. Terrible company and customer service

Never usually write negative feedback, but I've had a couple of bad experiences here and don't want others going through the same. I waited 6 months for 4 card folders, half the order was wrong on their end as their images were uploaded to the site incorrectly, so what was displayed for sale wasn't the product received. The images are still wrong on the site despite identifying this to me 2 weeks ago, so my assumption is anyone else who orders these will also wait a long time and get the wrong items. My last order with them, they sent out items that didn't match the name or images too. Either a lot of false advertising on products that are more sought after to increase sales with the hopes people find the process too inconvenient to actually return items, or poor attention to detail to occur this frequently and not get rectified once knowing their mistake. It's essentially a 'lucky dip' to see what items actually arrive - either way, it's been a poor experience both times and I know friends who have had issues with delays and wrong items, so unfortunately it's not an isolated 2 experiences. The return process is also looking to be long and painful to get my money back for items I didn't order or want and a mistake on their end, as it's already been 2 weeks and I'm now awaiting for packaging to return the items, having to return them and wait for inspection then getting a refund and customer service not answering my questions and just replying with generic 'return for a refund' responses. I at least want my money back ASAP, because unfortunately, I'm not getting my wasted time back.
