Here’s some bullet points: Ordered something. Zatu took money immediately. Awaited shipment notification for a week. called to find out what was going on. Zatu cancelled my order as nobody could be bothered to tell me my item was actually NOT IN STOCK. Still waiting for my refund. Terrible

Though my order was shown as on stock in the Online Shop, the shipment still hasn't been started yet. When I check the status of the order the order hasn't been delivered to the shipping company, let alone reached me. Therefor only one star for a so far fully disatisfying shopping experience

Books were TERRIBLY packaged and arrived with both damaged. Not what I expect when I spend over £90. I won’t be shopping here again.

No news of my command. Still at "export from Uk" since 5 days. 5 days to come to Belgium from UK seems a little too much for me :(

Placed an order 8 days ago and heard nothing, no communication or anything. Put a web contact in and still heard nothing, just phoned and apparently there had been a 'problem at the warehouse'...hmmmm. With so much competition and this being my first order I will go elsewhere in future.

Poor Communication. Pre-Ordered Pokemon for Delivery on Friday. Asked for confirmation when the order would be sent to ensure I received the order on launch day. No response. Reached out on Facebook. No response. Sent an email to cancel the order, again to no response. Called this morning and order was cancelled and refunded but status updated to "Awaiting Dispatch". No emails in spam or storage issues. V Disappointed as now scrambling to try find the correct version on launch day.

I usually love zatu and is my go to place to purchase. My wife and I have accounts and spend what I feel is a lot of money. Thai time though I got an email saying there was an error in pricing and I had to pay double for a game or I could get a refund, or as way of compensation around £1 off the amended price. I understand there are mistakes made but the more I thought about it the more I felt aggrieved that the price wasn't honoured. Unfortunately it has made me look into alternate places as my go to board game website.

The order did not go out on the day the product was launched, it took almost a week for the order to go out and a week has passed and I still haven't received the order

I ordered 3 packs of card sleeves, only received 1. I emailed Zatu 3 times over 4 days with no answer and just tried calling but on hold for 10 minutes, gave up - not a good service

The last 2 orders were delayed way beyond the delivery date and was no communication on the delay.. I had to call multipe times to get an update as to why dispatch was not done..

Ordered a game for my daughter's birthday 10 days in advance (31 October) and your site said items dispatched within 24hours. When it got to a couple days before her birthday (10th November) I started to worry and emailed as I'd had no updates. You replied telling me it was dispatched so i had hope she'd recieve it but the game arrived AFTER her birthday. She was so upset! No communication from you whatsoever letting me know there would be a delay, which would have given me chance to arrange another present! Terrible service!!

Terrible. Placed an order with next day delivery for a gift on Friday. Sat - Never arrived. Contacted customer services no reply. Sunday no reply ok fair enough it’s a Sunday. Monday still no delivery or reply from customer services. Contacted them again. Tuesday, still no reply or delivery…. Will I ever get the game??? How can you charge next day delivery and not respond to your customers? Do yourself a favour and order from someone else.

Order placed expecting delivery within 48 hours as quoted on the website. 1 week later discovered that the item was held “in another warehouse” and was asked to continue to wait another week then get back in contact. Very poor service and cannot be relied upon for timely delivery.

Order dispatched the day before release of God of War. Didn't get a tracking number. After waiting several days I got the tracking number through customer service (this isn't the first time this has happened). RM says it's been delivered, it hasn't, to me or neighbours. Customer service doesn't respond to my email until a week later. They say I'll have to wait another week for them to "investigate". I'm out of pocket, and no game. They're unwilling to cancel or give me a refund. Last time I use them for anything!

I haven't received the package so so far not so good....I ordered a game on November 6th. The next day I get a message that it has been shipped. When I try to track the package I am told that service is down so I don't know when I will receive it?
