I was disappointed with the quality of the binding and spine of the book I purchased for a present, it was too late to return it as it was a gift for Christmas, but it was an expensive book at around £50, and it looked like it had either been read, or was ex-display, it wasn't in any wrapper or bubble wrap, no paper receipt or return instructions in the cardboard envelope, which was much bigger than the book so the book would have jostled around the envelope on it's journey to me. I would be reluctant to buy from this seller again unfortunately. I don't usually write reviews but feel that this expensive item should have arrived a better condition.

I had preordered a game in early November that was said to arrive on 6th December. I waited 1 week after this date and there was no communication what so ever from Zatu. I phoned up customer service who then promised it would be sent out the following Monday. No one apologised for this delay or offered a quicker delivery service for the inconvenience. I myself requested this and expressed my upset at the lack of communication. Monday came and went and I did not receive any dispatch email. I then attempted to phone and email Zatu multiple times without success. I received a reply to my email a few days after stating that it will now be sent at the end of the week. This was my main annoyance, they made promises and couldn’t deliver, was not empathetic to my situation and had no communication. I would be understanding in this situation if I felt I had received an earnest apology. All I got was “I’m sorry you feel that way.” Tell that to a child who’s waited 17 days over when he should have received the game.

I ordered a game on December 13th as a Christmas gift for a family member and the order said it would arrive by December 19th or December 20th. I received no update saying that the game was shipping behind schedule. Once Christmas already arrived, I requested a refund. Zatu responded by saying they were "working hard to resolve these issues" and ensured my item would arrive soon. I did not view this as acceptable since I did not receive what I had ordered by anywhere near the time promised (I still haven't gotten anything). I replied "This is not okay" and urged them to refund me to make things right. Rather than giving me a refund, I received an email saying I must wait all the way until January 16th, 2023 and only then would I be able to receive a refund if the item still had not arrived. Promising a customer a 6-day shipping time and then making me wait a full extra month to get my money back is a terrible business practice in my opinion.

Appalling. I paid the extra for 'next working day delivery', after a week had passed I emailed the company to ask where my order was. A couple of days after that I got a reply - not addressing the 'next working day' part but just saying 'oh sorry, that game is in our other warehouse'. My order took over two weeks to arrive. I could look up the exact time but as I'll never, ever be using this company again I don't really feel moved to do so. Avoid like the plague.

Eh, really awful. You guys must have some poor internal communication too, I emailed yous yesterday asking for an update on my daughters Christmas presents which have yet to be delivered. Asking for this review is the only response I’ve received. Made my order on 10 December which is almost exactly 4 weeks ago, paid €120.89 on that day, including a not insignificant €15 delivery fee, estimated delivery 12-14 December which is the only reason I went ahead with purchase and nada but lip service and buck passing received since. No change in Royal Mail tracking information since 12 December when you sent me the link, it still says they have yet to receive package from you and no update from your “customer service“. No mention of an imminent Royal Mail strike on your website at time of purchase, happy to take money for international purchase and delivery though. Unable to offer refund for part of purchase which I ordered and received from elsewhere in the UK four days before Christmas with FREE 48 hour delivery, brought to my door the day before Christmas Eve as expected. I don’t believe anything ye have to say now, I have no idea where my items are or when they will be delivered and I have no reason to believe you do either. Expecting to be offered a refund as though that’s going to be of any use to me and which I will outright refuse. I want my items, I want to know where they are and when I will receive them. Minus 1 to zero stars lads. Happy new year.

Dates Matter. I purchased an item only because the website showed a delivery date based upon the address I entered. The item may have left Zatu, but the tracking is incomplete and is now two weeks beyond the delivery date. I no longer live at the address given. Zatu customer service said I should be able to reject the items at customs. Exactly how would I do this considering there is no activity showing since I purchased? I have requested a refund, but Zatu says that is not possible. I feel as though I was scammed since I purchased based upon a specific delivery date.

I am still waiting on my order to be delivered I ordered a game for my brother and it’s was supposedly dispatched on the 13th of December today is the 30th of December and still no sign of it. Never again will I purchase anything from this company.

Incorrect description on some items so one turned up wrong size, damaged goods arrived also which was the mtg card bundle and on my recent order one whole item was missing and the company has made no effort to send me my missing item or make up for the other issues.

I did not receive my items as they were not delivered to me personally, stored in my safe place or taken back to the sorting office for me to collect. I can only assume that they were stolen. I am waiting for Zatu to contact me regarding next steps to resolve these issues but have been unable to get a response

Very bad service. It's been two weeks and my package still hasn't arrived. Zatu customer service did not answer my messages, until a few days ago when they finally responded with a generic message saying that my package would eventually arrive. There should be some kind of refund for the delay.

Placed an order in late November and it wasn't dispatched during the Estimated delivery timeframe, a contacted them and they told me to wait (no extra info given). I then got in touch the next week and got told that my order would be dispatched the next day (Thur 15th December) and it was not. I called up again and they said they'd dispatch it on Friday. They did not. After constant lies and misdirection, I requested an escalation to find out more info and I got told "Your item was delivered, so we can't do much else". The item, was delivered late (The 20th December when the latest date was stated to be the 8th December) and none of this was due to postal strikes as the order wasn't even dispatched. I was unable to hand over these items as presents due to me needing to be elsewhere during this time period, which was a horribly embarassing experience. Considering their constant failures at "Customer service", I would advise caution on placing orders for anything that you need within a certain timeframe; order issues can happen, certainly, but dishonest customer service workers are a different thing entirely. I can understand a late delivery. I can understand a stock issue. I can understand warehouse backlogs. I cannot forgive lying. Order at your own risk.

If there were an option for no stars it would be that. I ordered an item on 6th December for my daughter for Christmas, 2 weeks go by and nothing. So I email them and coincidentally they had dispatched it that day. 3 days later it turns up and joy of joys it's the wrong item. So I send an email, no response, 3 days to Christmas and I have to go to HMV and spend £50 there so my daughter isn't disappointed. Several emails later and I get a response, this time asking me to prove it's the wrong item with photos. This is still in ongoing, and no doubt I will have to be out of pocket with the return postage once I get them to agree that my invoce clearly states I ordered and paid for a 10" doll yet someone on their end dispatched a 7" doll that is nothing like what I purchased. Never, ever, ever again will I use Zatu Games and I will advise everyone I know to do exactly the same.
