I'm just disappointed in Zatu, you guys used to be my go to, now I don't think I'll shop with you again. Your prices have gone up way past retail you've basically chosen greed over supporting the hobby. I hope it's worth it, after the hype dies and you rely on the regular fans to shift the product. You have 1 less customer in me.

I played 4 orders with Zatu 6 months ago. They were all orders for restock with 2 months expected time. Not one of these orders at the time of writing have been fulfilled.

The delivery itself was fine, but the game came with a flyer asking people to write blogs for Zatu Games for free, which seems pretty exploitative to me! Writing is labour and all labour should be compensated with a fair wage. I won't be shopping here again.

I have not been able to review the games that I paid nearly £50 for at the start of December as they have not been delivered to my nieces who live in Dublin. This is because after paying for international delivery they have not been delivered! I have been contacted to pay customs charge which has meant the games are even more expensive!! No where when purchasing these games did you say I may need to pay customs charges. I have contacted you for a refund and you just keep telling me I have to pay the customers charges, terrible customer service. Give me a refund ASAP. Will not be buying off you ever again.

I haven't yet received my order. There's a good chance I never will, because I specifically said that it was not to be shipped in the Christmas period, since lots of small parcels get lost in Italy in those days, and still it was, with no warning. This after having been delayed for over a month because although the products were available on the site they were apparently not in your warehouse (and I had to contact you to find out, because nobody cared to inform me).

I ordered the game for new years eve. But i haven't received the item till date. It was supposed to be a gift for my friend. To br Frank i am very disappointed.

Payed for a game still havnt received it after nearly a week payed for 48 hour tracked delivery, I’ve emailed twice and got any reply whatsoever.

good evening, we still haven't got our purchase by now (jan 3rd). I am very disappointed because it was a Xmas gift for my granddaughter. I guess there is a problem at the customs.

I WILL NOT BUY FROM ZATU AGAIN. Delivery 6 months late - even though a Zatu Sales Rep confirmed on the phone that I would not be making a pre-order (which might be subject to delays) but that I would "definitely" receive the game on the "release date" published on the Zatu website i.e. 30 June 2021. After this call, I ordered the game on 20 April; it arrived End December 2021. During the 6 month wait, Zatu did not once send me a communication to update the delievery date or explain the delay (they still haven't). I had to make multiple phone calls to try to find out what was happening. Firstly I was told that release was delayed to 30 July. After that each call followed one of these paths: (1) I don't know, I'll ask a colleague" - silence until call was disconnected. (2) "I don't know, I'll call you back" - no call ever received. (3) "I don't know, I will email you; yes, I definitely will; I know that you've been waiting for months but I will definitely let you know what is happening" - no email ever received. VERY, VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Tried it for the first time: I wanted to buy a gift for Christmas for my son. I made an order on the 18/12/2021 and up till now I have not received not order or tracking order about it. Not happy at all !!!

I am being asked for a review of a product I havent yet received It was due to be delivered on Monday 20th December - I paid for faster delivery - it is now Weds 29th and we are still waiting. It was a Christmas gift so particularly disappointing I would like an indication of how much longer we can expect to wait for this

First order I placed was very quick and efficient. However. I’m still waiting for two items paid for first class to be delivered and still no sign 10 days on. And I cannot manage to contact them to find out what’s gone wrong. Shocking !!!!

Appalling level of customer service which resulted in my uncle not receiving a Christmas present. I ordered three games on Saturday 18th December from Zatu. Three days days later, two games arrived. I assumed the third was coming separately, but thought I ought to phone up to check. Alas, there was a stock query on the product. I was told they would get back to me in due course. They didn’t. As such I sent a further e-mail requesting the same game or a different game. On the evening of the 23rd December they finally contacted me by e-mail saying I’d be refunded for the game. awful service. Firstly, I ordered a game which wasn’t available, secondly I wasn’t contacted to say it wasn’t available at any stage, thirdly the customer service was dreadfully slow and didn’t have the courtesy to contact me. I believe Zatu is an American firm, which usually have a stress on customer service. Alas, I’m now left without a Christmas present after Zatu failed at every level.

The selection of games available is enticing! However there's quite some things that need improving. No free shipping even for high value orders, completely out of touch with the market. Prices randomly fluctuate from day to day. Customer Service doesn't prove helpful at all. All questions are met with no useful response. No solutions or help are offered.

Placed an order for a vinyl then week later received email stating you didn’t have it so order cancelled but still awaiting refund. Emailed customer service several times and no reply.
