Did not get what I asked for. Specifically requested one type and got another. No response to enquiry. Very poor service. Will not be ordering again

With no warning on the website it took more than 2 weeks for an in-stock item to be dispatched. Emailed after a few days and told it would definitely be dispatched next day. Nothing. Emailed a few days later and was told it should be sent within the next few days. Nothing. Emailed a week after that, no response. Had to then telephone them before they would actually dispatch the item. They did take the shipping from 48 to 24 hours (worth £1) as a sorry. Frankly I expect better and will certainly be reluctant to shop here again.

I ordered a game a year and a half ago, it never arrived , I repeatedly emailed asking if this would arrive and was repeatedly told it would be here soon, it did eventually arrive but only after I could have bought it from other places which then sold out, Sati only ever replied when I emailed them, there was no attempt to apologise pro actively and the apologies felt very superficial. I am extremely disappointed and intend never to use them again for my purchases or my work ones,

terrible dice tower. assembly was a nightmare and three pieces snapped with gentle handling and care. for almost £30 I would expect SOME assembly.

The pieces of wood are not made straight so the scrabble board doesn’t lay flat It has been returned to you Gwen Rasberry

Stocking error. Misled by customer services (twice), advised would send first class and didn’t. Complained and they still got it wrong and advised they had refunded item and postage. Hope you get it sorted after the move.

I have made restock order on 27 th of May 2021. Stil did not recive my order and Zatu games does not send any updates about it. I know restocks are tricky but 5 months is a litle too much.

I paid for tracked 48 delivery for it not too arrive and now they have said they are moving warehouse, I wish they had updated their site with that information as I ordered for a birthday. They told me I would get my order a day late and then subsequently changed it too extra delays. It’s the first time I’ve used and will be the last. I’m just hoping the items come in time for my sons birthday on Monday but it still says awaiting dispatch.

I was lucky to get it.... Parcel was open both ends and appears to be the packaging for a book not a box. When I picked it up all the contents fell on the floor. I am keen to recycle packaging, save the planet, etc, but not at the cost of it and its contents being separated in transit. I was lucky to get it....

I placed an order and this had not yet been dispatched after 3 days. When I queried this and advised I might need to cancel if it's not sent soon, they just cancelled my order with no explanation. Disappointing...

Made an order of Tuesday 12 October at 9:17. Payment taken, though order was still on Awaiting Dispatch by Thursday 14 October evening. Ordered as a Birthday present for the weekend, and with 48 hour delivery would no longer receive in time. Although had to cancel order, used Zatu's Contact page and got an email back within half an hour that the order was cancelled and a refund was arranged. Would give 5 stars for the quick customer service.

Very poor thought I'd order for first time my order should have been with me Wednesday not arrived said it was 24 hour delivery as needed for a gift Saturday kept getting promised it would be with me as it was a gift I've phoned to cancel see how long refund takes looks like all reviews these last few days are bad

Ordered 2 seperate items on the store about 4 days ago. Paid for 2-4 days delivery on both items. Here we are and neither have been shipped. No reply from the company themselves. Just put in a refund request will update here if they pay it.

very upset with this company, i bought fifa 22 on thursday 29/09 to be posted on friday 30/09, I paid for the 24-hour shipping with tracking, but that's not what happened, they sent me an email just saying that had been shipped, without the tracking number I paid for today Monday, I stayed at home all day in anticipation of getting my product and nothing. I think that when we bought something on the launch date and paid even more, and because we are anxious about such a product, to my misfortune I was frustrated in it, and the worst thing is that they didn't send me another email with explanations about where the my product. my first and last purchase with them. I only bought it because a friend referred me to the store. upset

Orders to EU get significant additional costs. Includes tax + customs handling costs! Don’t order unless you have no alternative. Tax wise Zatu/board-games should be able to fix this by paying taxes upfront. Saves a lot of frustration and money.
