“I bought a game. It arrived on time. It was however defective which is a manufacturer issue, not Zatu's fault. I reached out to them, and am in the process of maybe getting a replacment part? If I actually get one then 5 star service, If I don't then they are a perfectlty competent online store.”

“Great products and prices just not packaged very well and pokemon tins were slightly dented and scratched which was a shame and put a downer on the experience but I would order again but maybe not the tins.”

“Finding board games in English on the continent can be quite challenging. Zatu Games solved this issue at a good price. My only critique is shipping costs. However, all the games I’ve ordered came packed extremely well and in perfect condition!”

“Easy system and great communication. Super swift delivery time despite me being at the other end of the world from the UK. Only fault was that the packing could have been a bit more to protect the product as the outside pack was a bit dented. Great value for money from the product. I would reccommend to all potential customers.”
