“Zatu’s response to my order was very quick considering it was shipped from UK to the USA. The tracking mechanism worked very well. I’m enjoying my new games very much and will order from Zatu again. The only glitch was the poor packaging. By the time it arrived at my door, the box was very beat up and much of the tape broken. Luckily the only thing damaged was a deep crease in the game box lid (see photo). The game components were undamaged. I would recommend more protective padding inside the box and heavier tape when shipping to the USA.”

“I ordered 3 games in Zatu's summer sale for what was a great price compared to other places (so happy to finally have my own copy of Wingspan, and it's been great value for money!). I was also really pleased to find a recent popular game (Things in Rings) in stock with Zatu that wasn't available elsewhere - it was a gift and the recipient was delighted with it! I found it a bit confusing that the order screen said that one of the games would take longer to dispatch than the others, as the page for that game said several copies were in stock. It took just under a week for the order to be dispatched. However, the full order of 3 games arrived several days ahead of the delivery estimate that I was originally given, so that was a really nice surprise. The games arrived well-packaged in a sturdy box and they were in pristine condition. I would definitely use Zatu again, especially during its sales.”

“All items arrived in great condition and customer service were great. However there was a big delay in shippin my order due to items being held at different warehouses. Could I suggest that you ship directly from each warehouse instead of gathering the order at one location before shipping.”
