“Great when the item is in stock. Items are delivered quickly and in perfect condition. Only complaint is backorders sometimes take significantly longer than advertised to ship.”

“Come the very next day that I ordered it, very quick and payment was easy. Since the courier service was dropped it has meant that parcels have arrived at a later time and I haven't been able to plan ahead as much. Still it's good enough. Never had any problems, just disappointed the courier service is no longer being used.”

“Poor packaging - a big box with the game box rattling around inside, no extra packing to stop it banging against the box during transit. The only thing that saved it was the use of Royal Mail who treat their parcels so much better than the other couriers. Will think twice before I use Zatu again however.”
