“The variety, speed of delivery, and quality of the games is second to none: I'll keep coming back. My only issue recently was falling foul of a promo, meaning I missed out on a discount/free product because it doesn't auto-apply.”

“Great communication and dispatch time. Zatu are a really knowledgeable business to buy from. One point of recommendation I would suggest is to try and fix the websites server as it is incredibly slow and can sometimes be temperamental. It did cause one of my Orders to be lost and had to be reordered by one of your stuff. It meant that I did not receive any victory points for this order either. But, the zatu team are happy to help and I will continue to go to them for my board games!”

“Arrived quickly and in good condition. Shame the Orange Friday promotion had better offers at the end, feels like more loyal customers were penalised for supporting the promotion at the start. Lesson learned - will remember to ignore promotions until the final days in the future.”

“Website was slow when I was trying to place my order, and delivery took longer than quoted. I'm putting that down to demand for Tarkir Dragonstorm over the Easter weekend. Order was confirmed promptly and communication was great. Prices were excellent compared to competitors, had to order more than I would have from the competition. Would use again.”

“Great company, though occasionally a little caught up on industry issues relating to pre-ordering. Notifications on when a pre-order release date changes or otherwise falls through would be a welcome addition for any customers making pre-orders, but I'm happy to say that I'm currently looking forward to giving them more business in the future.”
