“Order came in good time and packaged well. I did need to email with an estimated delivery time as I hadn’t heard anything from them. They replied very quickly and answered my question. Very good service.”

“I was a little surprised at the parcel not arriving boxed with the usual Zatu packing tape and seeming to be a reused amazon box. However teh game itself was in order so all good, could be an issue in shipping rather than from them since it seems to be an usual situation based on previous orders.”

“Zatu is a mostly nice place. If you order online for delivery you'll have a great experience and they usually have pretty good prices. The only gripe i have is that i once called them to ask how long it would take for an in person order to be picked and available for collection. Which would be about 10 - 20 minutes. I then tried to place my order over the phone to have the items moved to the gaming center and ready when i would get there which was apparently so unusual the lady i was talking to couldn't handle it. She did take all the details for the items i wanted and then totally failed in having them moved to the gaming center. So when i got there i did have to wait almost 20 minutes for the items to be picked and brought through. The real problem is that between me calling and asking about the time they take to pick stuff and me getting into the gaming centre to order the items was about 25 minutes. And in those 25 minutes the things i wanted to buy were mysteriously no longer in the sale and i ended up paying about 30% more than i would have putting in an online order 25 minutes earlier.”

“Overall a good experience. Good prices fast shipping only negative was the poor packaging. I bought comic books and all of the books were dented and damaged to various degrees. A little bubble wrap would have been nice. Four stars.”

“Have ordered twice already and am pretty satisfied about the results despite having the games shipped internationally. Was worried about how the packages weren't sent out for a few days compared to near instantly the last time but I got I still got them pristine 1-2 days later than expected which is still damn good tbh.”

“I ordered six Wasgij puzzles from Florida. They quickly arrived in excellent condition from the UK. The prices were great, but shipping seemed a little exorbitant; all six puzzles in a simple cardboard box with minimal donnage. Maybe it was due to overseas shipping costs. Haven't decided if I'll order again because of the shipping costs.”

“Found the price to be really good, cheaper than getting from GW direct. Delivery was delayed, but that was due to weather and the packaging was damages, but i think that was more Royal Mails fault”
