“While delivery time & cost are an excellent reason to shop with Zatu, my issue is with their website as it is always slow to load and unless you know what game you want it feels difficult to search. Being able to search by genres, player amounts & even game mechanics would help my opinion of this.”

“Gli articoli ordinati sono arrivati tutti in condizioni eccellenti e come da descrizione. L'unica nota negativa consiste nel fatto che nonostante la spedizione sia prevista in 1 settimana, in Italia, per arrivare ci mette piu' del doppio del tempo. Ormai un ordine effettuato ci mette 3 settimane per arrivare a destinazione. Che rispetto ai tempi stimati è quasi 3 volte di piu'..”

“One of the two that we bought didn't work for the sound. Cannot change the batteties. One of my kids was sad... Eh! Sh*t happens. The quality of the fabric and the cuteness of this thing bought his heart anyway. He enjoys it.”

“Great selection and prices. But beware, it is costly to return items (e.g. Christmas gift clash) as you would not only have to pay for return shipping, but have to pay an admin fee for the return. So check small prints before ordering.”

“Fast delivery, but everything was loose and sliding around in a large box. This resulted in some damage to a relatively expensive item. I also purchased a considerable number of one particular item and they would have been better protected had they not been removed from the manufacturer's outer case. This was disappointing and spoiled the experience.”

“After two months of investing, I decided to make my first withdrawal, but my account with over $160,000 was suddenly locked. I was told to contact customer service, but they have ignored my requests to withdraw. “Back order bad experience. No communication, I emailed after 3 months of waiting (estimate was 2 months) and item was sent the following day before a response to my email. Glad I got the item (and it's good quality as expected) but I don't think I ever would have received it had I not emailed and, considering payment is taken upon ordering not upon shipping, I don't think that's okay.”

“Had a bad experence the first time with the company not haveing the game and it taken weeks to get to me meaning it missed my parners birthday but I gave them another chance over Chritmas and they made up for it and get it sent out very fast.”

“The price was good bur the package for was terrible with a single peice of packaging paper. With the parcel more than able to roll around and get dented. Very disappointed by the lack of interest the packers clearly had.”

“Lots of games. Some are a bit over priced and I do not trust the "discounts" as prices are inflated to make it look like there is a discount when there is not. Also the site takes a really long time to load things.”
