Slight damage to some of the external boxes on arrival but not worth returning, good value games arrived quickly

The game arrived and all was as described, however it took 8 months to arrive. I bought a game with expansion packs under a 'when in stock, we'll send it' agreement. I fully understand Zatu was at the mercy of suppliers, however each time I checked in (which was only about 4 times after the expected 2 month period) I was repeatedly quoted back "it usually takes 2 months" which showed my query wasn't even being read. I'm patient, so for me the timescale wasn't an issue. The service would have been greatly improved by more thoughtful replies to my queries.

A disappointing experience when placing an order for an in stock item on 16 October and paying extra for delivery. Initially contacted Zatu after a week to be advised it was held at a different warehouse and was on the way, a further week with no update only to be advised that it was being chased up as hadn't arrived. A third contact on 7 November advised it had just been picked and was being dispatched the same day. The item finally arrived on 14 November, 4 weeks late for an in stock item that indicated it would be dispatched within 24 hours and delivered with a 48 hour service. It would be useful to indicate on your website if items are held at other warehouses and are not available for immediate dispatch and also should an email saying item dispatched on 8 November take until the 14 November to arrive if a 48 hour service has been purchased? Zatu used to be very quick and one of my main go to sites for orders although recent experiences have shown they have maybe grown too large to handle demand. A clearer website to show that potential delays may be experienced if in stock items are held at other warehouses would help to advise the customer and allow them to order from elsewhere if lengthy delays are possible and avoid disappointments like this.

Waited along time for it to arrive and I mean along time but it stated it was in stock. Game works as it should though

I forgot I had ordered this so a good surprise! The box has sadly taken a bump in the post and is dented, but the game contents looks fine. Although I put "over a month" I knew when I ordered it was out of stock so this isn't a criticism.

The price is decent, however, it seems that if you are not from the UK or the US you would meet someone with uncomfortable delays in delivery.

Decent prices on games. But misleading on out of stock items. I purchased 3 games in July, with one of the games being on back order and due 1st October. October came, and the website changed to remove the date. Then 3 weeks into October the expected date has now changed to 1st Jan 2025... Jokes.

Usually very good but communication on back orders abysmal. Placed an order back in June for an item expected by end of June, then item description gets changed to expected 1/10. Now changed to 1/1/25 and still no communication from them apologising explaining delay or offering refund.

Quick delivery, decent prices but packaging was laughably bad. One of my orders came in a massive box that could have fitted the game 10 times over, with only one tiny piece of packing paper to ‘protect’ the order in transit.

Good prices and customer service has always been helpful and responded promptly. Only thing I dislike is that many of the games available for preorder have no actual plans to be shipped your warehouse and as such you resort to extending the estimated delivery time every few months until eventually the customer just cancels their order. For in stock games I find you quite reliable though.

Good selection of hard to find games. But disappointed to find a very expensive game came in a large box with no packing materials or protection.

Items showing "In Stock" only to then take weeks to be shipped and communication with cust service is less than ideal during the wait. Basically - wait as long as necessary until we tell you it is shipped. Not great. Packing could be improved as some books arrived with bent corners and small scratches and some boxes of minis arrived with broken sprues. Website - whenever you add an item to the cart, it takes you to the cart... with the site being less than rapid it is pain in the ozz when you have several items to buy. Nice collection of stuff and possible for this store to be the only place you need for all your games / hobby related needs.

One of the games took longer to become available for shipping than Zatu predicted, yet changing delivery address multiple times to account for my changing location was not a problem. Sadly when it was shipped the box was insecurely sealed, however nothing was missing or damaged on delivery, thankfully.

I’ve ordered in the past no issues. This time round there was an issue with my order and after contacting them they got back intially, then nothing. The issue still exists and I’ve had no response as yet.

There was an issue with the search funtion on the website. I have reported it but no one has got back to me. I also had an issue ordering from a web search. I had to login to get it to work. not sure whats going on there. I have used these people in the past and the items arrived very quickly and the price was very good. Thank goodness they used Royal mail. other couriers have been not that great in delviery to work address. still waiting for a response from the issues I had with the website. when the question says how quick did the compnay reply it does not give you the option to say they have not. Oopps... oh well
