Product never arrived, and I received no follow up service despite contacting through email and on-site contact form. Would not recommend.

Didn't ship my item for over a week. Didn't contact me to update or explain why, only after I called to enquire where my item was was I told. Item delivered well after the estimated date and my games night as a result

Placed a pre-order. Zatu failed to supply the pre-order. Then Zatu refused to refund the order wanting to still send me the low value items I had ordered from them to go with my pre-order (which I would now not have) whilst charging me full shipping costs! Absolute scandal of a company.

Ordered an item which took a week to arrive despite paying for 2 day royal mail service I understand bank holiday delays however my request for refunded postage was ignored. Item was great service was not

The reputation of this company has fast gone down the pan, to the extent that it is the butt of jokes in board-gaming circles. Orders just dont turn up without notification or explanation.

Paid for TRACKED 24 they sent it TRACKED 48 so i didn’t receive in time for a birthday gift. Ignored ALL my messages asking for my refund of my postage. Highly recommend SHOPPING ELSEWHERE with better customer service and that provides you what you pay for

If you want to place an order on backorder for the following to happen: 1. The order isn't even tracked/recorded/doesn't show up under "My Orders" on the site 2. Get ZERO update from anyone/anywhere regarding the order and be left wondering for going on 9 months.. and who knows how much longer.... then this is the company for you. To repeat, 9 months and no package, no update, no sign the order exists, but at least I have the confirmation email....

My package was left outside my flat without my consent and was stolen before I could get home, I have tried to contact zatu to arrange a replacement and have received no response

I placed an order with Zatu over a week ago and paid for faster delivery to fit in with my work schedule, however I still haven't received my goods and when I asked for a refund on my shipping, all I was offered was the difference between the fast delivery cost and the normal priced shipping cost. After this insult of an offer I decided I no longer wanted my order and have asked for a full refund of both goods and shipping and I am awaiting confirmation that this is happening. Overall a really bad experience.

Avoid this company, as they have poor customer service. If your order is not delivered, please be aware that Zatu will not take responsibility for their choice of courier failing. It is a nightmare to find a lost parcel with Yodel. If you use PayPal, you might be able to get your money back.

I ordered the game as a gift and chose a delivery date of 15 March. I expected to receive it on time. Instead, I received it on 17 March. No one informed me about the delay in delivery. After two(!) letters to support, I was told that your game will be delivered tomorrow. Terrible service and no apology - no letter, much less a discount voucher. Next time I'm going to choose another shop.

Twice I’ve been too the shop in Bowthorpe and it’s been closed when clearly the store opening times are on the door nothing on the door to say it was closed all day standing around waiting waste of time and fuel

I've been buying games from Zatu for years and they've always been amazing for price and service. But recently something has gone wrong. My last three orders have been delayed (two of them eventually cancelled when I got bored of waiting). That combined with the fact that their prices have crept up over the last few months means that they are no longer competitive in that domain either. A real shame... I've spent hundreds (maybe thousands?) of pounds with this company over the last few years and it's now very unlikely I'll be going back.

Had to cancel my order, as one of the items I ordered was coming from another warehouse and wouldn't arrive on time. I was never told, I only found out as I rung them every day to find out when my order was going to be dispatched. First I was told the product would arrive at their warehouse on Wednesday, then Thursday and now (Friday) I've been told it won't be at their warehouse till Monday, which is no use when it's for a birthday on Sunday.

Really poor all round, placed two orders, no contact or delivery, waited upwards of 4 months, still nothing, when I called they were friendly but just kept telling me my order would be coming shortly, finally got fed up and cancelled, was told to wait between 3-5 working days for my refund, said refund still hasn’t surfaced, I called up to check on it and they said it would be in today, surprisingly it still is not. Had friends also wait months for their orders, personally I will never use them again. If you don’t have the stock and have no idea when you’re getting the stock you shouldn’t be advertising products and taking peoples money.
