“My 1rst order was fantastic, cheaper + fast delivery, no additional charges. My second order took a-lot of time to deliver, the box was damaged (but luckily not the inside), and I was surprised to have to pay an extra 55€ of Austrian taxes/customs... Brexit disadvantage... Although I understand that Zatu is probably not responsible, it would be nice to have a note about that next to the shipping rate and not only on the "delivery" of the chat...”
