“The website and payment/rewards page on a mobile phone takes a bit of finagling. The new rewards system is confusing and not working how you’d think. Despite these things they quickly and reliably in stock items at lower prices than competitors and often have items unavailable elsewhere.”

“Had a great experience with Zatu. I was a bit afraid of tax issue at first (as I was ordering from outside of UK) but they got everything sorted!
