“It feels a little scummy. I bought something on presale, and when I put in my address with the automatic finish feature, it apparently put it in slightly wrong. I wanted to get into contact with someone to correct the very small very easy mistake to make. But it seemed impossible, so I guess I’m not getting my product and they’re getting a negative review.”

“The game came poorly packaged. The box was too big for it's size and the game had a lot of room to move around during all the shipping process. Due to that, the game box arrive with one of the sizes pretty damaged.”

“Usually love Zatu but a bit disappointed in them this time as my game came with missing pieces and Zatu pointed me to the manufacturer and the manufacturer pointed me back to Zatu. They suggested returning the whole game but have unboxed it all to discover the missing pieces. I ended up buying spares from Etsy”
