“I received my box of 3 board games that I ordered. They were not packaged well with a lot of spare room in the box. Two of the games arrived fine and the 3rd one had a very damaged box. After providing photos to customer service, I was offered only a 30% refund. That doesn’t help with the fact the product is damaged and I want an undamaged product. I declined their 30% refund and would like to return the bad one in exchange for a good one, without having to pay their shipping. I’m out the money I paid for the game and am left with a damaged box. And I’ll still end up having to buy the game again from somewhere else so the box doesn’t irritate me to look at on my shelf.”

“Have been trying to find Red Dragon Inn expansion sets for quite some time and stumbled across this online shop (I'm from Malaysia). Was a little hesitant at first but ordered anyway. Was pleasantly surprised on how seamless the whole processing was and the delivery time was pretty fair (anything less than 14 days is a good start - I got my order in 10 days). Would I order again? Definitely! Would I share this site to my friends? Definitely! Thank you Zatu Games! (Oh! and packaging was pretty decent too!)”
