“Placed two orders (Hero Quest and D&D Hellfire Club) so far from Zatu and both arrived, on time and well packaged. Each item, when opened from the packaging was in undamaged condition. In short, a great shop to buy all your gaming needs from and one which I will be visiting again.”

“I preordered a collectors edition of a book for Christmas, but item arrived damaged. Only option given was to return, however it would not be possible to get a replacement item in time for Christmas. Very disappointed.”

We’re very sorry to hear that your collector’s edition book arrived damaged, especially as it was intended as a Christmas gift, we completely understand how disappointing that must have been. As we only sell brand new items, any damage sustained in transit is certainly not the experience we want for our customers. In line with our policy, we do need damaged items to be returned to us so that we can arrange either a replacement or a refund. Unfortunately, with limited collector’s editions and the timing so close to Christmas, we were unable to guarantee a replacement could be delivered before the holiday, which we appreciate was frustrating. We’re sorry that this situation detracted from what should have been a special purchase, and we appreciate your understanding that our options were limited by stock availability and delivery times at that point in the year.
