“Brought warhammer darkwater and paid for next day delivery. Evri recieved it (according to their app) next day and its sat there for over a week. Spoke to Evri who said they couldn't help and needed to speak to Zatu. Zatu have reached out to Evri and awaiting a response. Been 12 days. Anyway Zatu messaged me asking for a review of the product....”

Once the parcel is handed over to the courier, it is unfortunately within their network and outside of our direct control. In this case, it appears Evri has not progressed the parcel as expected after receiving it. We can see that our team has already raised this with the courier and is currently awaiting their response.
