“I ordered before midday and paid for DPD next day, I was assured by live chat twice that it would arrive with me on the expected day. It didn't and they completely ignore the emails I sent and just refunded £1.50. For my inconvenience an apology would have been nice, along with a refund of the entire delivery charge, we can only wish though...”

Hi there, Thank you for your review. We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with this experience. We can confirm that your order was dispatched on time using the DPD next day service, however the Order was delivered one day later than expected due to a delay within the courier network, which is unfortunately outside of our control. Our records show that our team did apologise several times across multiple communications, and advised that tracking can take up to 24 hours to update, while also confirming that the parcel "should" be with you that day and to get back in touch if it was not. At no point did our team guarantee that the delivery would be with you, as we are not able to predict courier delays. As a gesture of goodwill for the delay, we also refunded the difference between the 24-hour and 48-hour delivery cost. “There was the boardgame and the box, as a result, the board game's box had heavy damage on the corners, and the box had opened at the edges from the hits during transfer, even the punchboard had damage inside the box. I don't know what they're thinking, but they're sending expensive board games like Crimcoven with no packaging at all. Their support responded quickly and offered a partial refund. The experience was very bad!”
