“THE ELVIRA FIGURES ARE VERY REALISTIC AND I HAVE SAY THAT THE WAY THAT THEY WERE PARCELED UP WAS EXCELLENT VERY WELL PROTECTED TO KEEP THEM SAFE DURING TRANSIT. SO THANK YOU VERY MUCH.”

“Am being asked to do a review but haven’t received the item and nor has the carrier. Item didn’t arrive in the expected time and Zatu gave no update. After waiting 10 days for the item had to ring and ask what had happened, only to be told I would expect to wait a further 3-5 days. They apologised but unfortunately as a customer who has already paid for the item they can’t be bothered to give me an update!”

Unfortunately, there was a delay during our stock transfer process, which meant the order was dispatched on the 24th March. “I always try to buy my games from Zatu if I can rather than a certain other online giant. My experience has always been really good, with games dispatched quickly and arriving in good condition. They use good couriers like Royal Mail so the delivery experience is always good too. My only gripes would be about the website itself, which can be quirky, especially around wishlists and victory points.”

“At the end of 2025 I really wanted to get the new Warhammer Quest box set, but it was sold out in GW stores. I found it at Zatu with super fast delivery options and even better, much cheaper than at the GW store, which I found very surprising.”

“I was struggling to get hold of Lego set 76973 Raptor & Titanosaurus tracking mission. I tried a few competitors but despite being a touch cheaper both times the set arrived damaged . So I tried Zatu games the customer service was first class they listened and I was over the moon when the Lego set arrived in mint condition, amazing packaging and super fast delivery. I will definitely be using Zatu games again for my Lego sets.”

Hi there, Thank you for your review. We’re sorry to hear how frustrating this situation has been. Our records show that your order (£87.51) was dispatched by our warehouse and later marked as returned to sender due to an issue at customs. Once this happens, the parcel is returned via the courier network, and we advised that as soon as it arrived back with us, we would resolve the issue and reship your order at no additional cost. As the tracking has not updated for some time and the parcel has not yet been returned to us, we have opened an investigation with the courier to locate it. While the parcel is still in transit or under investigation, we are unfortunately unable to issue a refund or replacement. Once the courier confirms the parcel as lost, we will immediately proceed with either a full refund or a replacement, depending on your preference. We understand this delay is frustrating, especially with an international order, but this is part of the standard process when parcels are held or returned within the courier network.
