Empty package was received with no game inside. Package was intact and untampered with so was obviously sent without the game inside.

I've had a decent impression of this shop until recent issue. I've ordered a board game(to Cyprus), the delivery was somewhat delayed. I sent them email with question and received response after 1 day with explanation why it was delayed. Then when the delivery actually came - I was additionally taxed with VAT by local customs, even though i payed VAT on purchase. The customs told me to contact store and ask for a VAT refund there. So i wrote an email... then after a few days i wrote another one, but got no response on any of those whatsoever. Even if they declined and explained why - it would be better than plain ignoring the problem. I guess, they doesn't care about customers from EU, so just be careful when ordering here, or you could pay 20% more for your order in the end.

Zatu have used Yodel for the delivery of this item, which was a birthday present. Yodel has been awful and told me they delivered the item and they haven't. They have since realized they made a mistake and say they are sorting it out, but no updates yet. So my father-in-law didnt get his present on time and its left me feeling rather annoyed.

Needed to return my item because either ordered the wrong bundle. Even though it says on the website return page they will provide a label at a small cost. This is untrue if item is over £100. I feel like this is misleading and needs to be updated as I had to fork out over £20 for a return label. The customer service agent was also pretty rude a out the whole thing. I won't be using them again!

Zatu use to be really good, but the last few orders have let me down. Paid extra for next day delivery that hasn't occurred for 2 of the last 3 orders. One order they stopped without telling me because they had sold out of something I ordered. The customer service was also rude, won't order from again

Item that states 2 day delivery took 12 days. When contacted to do a refund as I no longer need the item (as it was 10 days late I’ve had to replace it elsewhere as it was a birthday present for my child), I have been ignored. Customer service is terrible avoid at all costs

I have used Zatu games several times before and they have always been good when everything has gone smoothly with my order. However my latest order went missing during delivery and, despite responding quickly to my initial email, Zatu's customer service team have since ignored all contact from me and failed to provide any further updates. It's very disappointing to discover that a company I thought highly of have such poor customer service as soon as something goes wrong. I'm currently missing over £40 worth of goods and am left with no idea whether Zatu intend to do anything about it.

I can't review the game I purchased because it still hasn't arrived! The shipping company has it stuck at their depot and I can't figure out how to get it delivered. My Order Number: 1002457072.

If I could I would give zero stars, ordered a present for my son two tins of pokemon card both with four pack and two boxes with four pack,EVERY SINGLE PACK HAD BEEN OPENED AND RE -SEALED, do not buy from a company that robs from children to gain some profits selling the goid cards they have taken put and just to inform you all before purchasing not one good pull, Al lthe packs were full of air and you could see where they re glued the packs shut

My order was apparently damaged in transit by Yodel, and nobody made me aware of this until I checked the tracking information three days later. When I got through to the customer hotline I was asked to fill in a form about my missing order to be referred to Yodel, but I haven't heard back since, and am presumably waiting for Yodel to respond to it. Your staff on the phone have been as helpful as possible, but you shouldn't use a notoriously incompetent company like Yodel if you don't have a system capable of dealing with their incompetence immediately. I still don't know when I will receive either a replacement or a refund for my order.

CAREFUL, they don't check their outlet items for completeness before sending them out! My game arrived without any cards in the box! When I emailed them about the issue, two weeks later I get a reply basically saying tough luck, please contact the manufacturer, hopefully they can help you out... I can't return the item either, the international shipping cost is more than the value of the product itself. And if you do order internationally (from EU), avoid paying VAT at checkout if you have the option to do so, you will be charged VAT again at delivery! Also terrible customer service if you come to them with any problems. They took 9 days to answer my first email, and 12 days to answer the second one. Calling them doesn't help either, they just tell you to write an email...
