Ordered on the 14/12/22, didn't turn up for Christmas. Understandable with clear communication. I was told that a refund would be available if the delivery wasn't attempted by the 7th. However there has been complete silence despite several emails asking for a timescale.

My toy did not arrive after 10 days of delay (no tracking progress) and I requested a refund and still did not get it

Advertises that they use Clearpay but at checkout there was no means to pay using that option. Very disappointed.

I ordered Dream Phone and the phone doesn’t work. So I ordered a new game- and the phone still doesn’t function. Super disappointing. Also no response from customer service.

Very disappointing. As much as I'd love to win the Wimbledon tickets, I have to be honest here. I purchased the NSFW What do you Meme expansion pack on the 30th December, with next day delivery, to arrive on the 31st December (i.e. NYE) ready for a NYE party where I had gone to the effort of creating a load of meme cards of my friends and was ready for a hell of a lot of fun with these cards. I chose Zatu games because I like to try and help smaller companies than the usual Amazon etc, plus my girlfriend has used you in the past and was very happy with the service, and your delivery promises seemed excellent. So I was very dismayed to see at around 3pm on NYE that the parcel still hadn't been dispatched, and that then wasn't dispatched until around the 3rd Jan. Very disappointing. I have complained numerous times but have received very generic responses like 'don't worry, it will be with you soon!', and I'm like how is that helpful, I ordered it for delivery NYE, I think it is unfair that you advertise next day delivery to lure people in, and then can't deliver on those promises, if you'll pardon the pun. I have received a £1 refund on the delivery, which I have been told makes it a 48 hour delivery rather than 24 hour, but it took over 100 hours to actually receive the product, so am hoping for a full delivery refund. Overall it is a real shame this has happened, I suppose in the future I will have to, with regret, use Amazon as they can delivery when promised.

Advised I would have a resolution to my issue within 48 hours but received no update. Chased after the 48 hours and it has now been an additional 72 hours with no further update.

I bought a game on December 6 until today I did not receive the package, they gave me a tracker that did not exist, do not buy on this page they are scammers, avoid losing your money ..

graphics and lettering not as expected ,very indistinct for a speedy visual game.as it had been opened could not return-there should have been a photo of cards inside to show design on website.Took straight to charity shop.Waste of money.

I ordered a game from them just before Christmas. The game didn't turn up until well into the first week of Jan because, according to the slip of paper I received from Royal Mail, they hadn't paid the full postage on the item. I was then required to pay £3.50 for my item on top of the £2.99 I had already paid Zatu when I ordered this this. I have repeatedly tried to contact Zatu about this. I have written 4 emails and tried to telephone (when I tried this, an automated message told me their phone lines are closed at present to allow them to catch up on deliveries) and I have still to this day received absolutely nothing back from them. They have completely overcharged me for postage and ignored any attempts to reach out. I am very unhappy with their service.

Stock levels and estimated delivery date shown on web site are a joke. Order placed for five games all marked as "in stock". A week later, no sign. Logged in to check status and found two games now marked as "pre-order" so the whole order is delayed. Have asked for the rest of the order to be shipped but still no response.

Zatu uses Royal Mail which took weeks to get to me because they sent my order to the wrong depot. The 48 hour tracked is nonsense. I also ordered from Dark Star games who delivered in 24 hours because they don't use Royal Mail. Lesson learnt.
