I WILL NOT BUY FROM ZATU AGAIN. Delivery 6 months late - even though a Zatu Sales Rep confirmed on the phone that I would not be making a pre-order (which might be subject to delays) but that I would "definitely" receive the game on the "release date" published on the Zatu website i.e. 30 June 2021. After this call, I ordered the game on 20 April; it arrived End December 2021. During the 6 month wait, Zatu did not once send me a communication to update the delievery date or explain the delay (they still haven't). I had to make multiple phone calls to try to find out what was happening. Firstly I was told that release was delayed to 30 July. After that each call followed one of these paths: (1) I don't know, I'll ask a colleague" - silence until call was disconnected. (2) "I don't know, I'll call you back" - no call ever received. (3) "I don't know, I will email you; yes, I definitely will; I know that you've been waiting for months but I will definitely let you know what is happening" - no email ever received. VERY, VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Tried it for the first time: I wanted to buy a gift for Christmas for my son. I made an order on the 18/12/2021 and up till now I have not received not order or tracking order about it. Not happy at all !!!

I am being asked for a review of a product I havent yet received It was due to be delivered on Monday 20th December - I paid for faster delivery - it is now Weds 29th and we are still waiting. It was a Christmas gift so particularly disappointing I would like an indication of how much longer we can expect to wait for this

First order I placed was very quick and efficient. However. I’m still waiting for two items paid for first class to be delivered and still no sign 10 days on. And I cannot manage to contact them to find out what’s gone wrong. Shocking !!!!

Appalling level of customer service which resulted in my uncle not receiving a Christmas present. I ordered three games on Saturday 18th December from Zatu. Three days days later, two games arrived. I assumed the third was coming separately, but thought I ought to phone up to check. Alas, there was a stock query on the product. I was told they would get back to me in due course. They didn’t. As such I sent a further e-mail requesting the same game or a different game. On the evening of the 23rd December they finally contacted me by e-mail saying I’d be refunded for the game. awful service. Firstly, I ordered a game which wasn’t available, secondly I wasn’t contacted to say it wasn’t available at any stage, thirdly the customer service was dreadfully slow and didn’t have the courtesy to contact me. I believe Zatu is an American firm, which usually have a stress on customer service. Alas, I’m now left without a Christmas present after Zatu failed at every level.

The selection of games available is enticing! However there's quite some things that need improving. No free shipping even for high value orders, completely out of touch with the market. Prices randomly fluctuate from day to day. Customer Service doesn't prove helpful at all. All questions are met with no useful response. No solutions or help are offered.

Placed an order for a vinyl then week later received email stating you didn’t have it so order cancelled but still awaiting refund. Emailed customer service several times and no reply.

I ordered Athenum Mystic libary. When we opened the box, an ugly smell came out of it. The plastic bags inside, the blue bag too and several paper stuff were covered with mould. Because its a christmas gift, i cleaned all stuff, freezed all for 2 days and dry it now in the oven. Please control other boxes in your warehouse next to this game. Perhaps there are more of them with this problem.

Dear Sirs, You have sent me a request to publish the review today, Dec 19th. However, by now I do have not received the ordered product. Moreover, I have no idea about where it is and when it can be expected to arrive. The latest update is from Dec 10th, saying that the ordered item is leaving UK. I use this opportunity to inform you that I am absolutely dissatisfied with the way you process the orders and update your customers about the status of deliveries.

Kinda like Amazon, without the CS... So I spent £230 on 26/11, inc. £6 for 2-day delivery service (order #####26954). It took 5 days for order to ship, during which time Black Fri came & went. Some of the items were reduced in price, but Zatu repeatedly refused to honour lower pricing, advising that I'd have to cancel and re-order to take advantage of these promos, thus negating the time I'd already waited. Oh well... My order shipped on 01/12, delivered on 06/12 so, still slightly disappointed at their previous responses, I asked a refund for the 2-day shipping I'd paid for. And Zatu's response...? HA! What response...? Ignored!

on 22/11 I ordered an Advent calendar for my son. it says on the website that I can expect 1 week delivery to Dk .... ie. that it should be here before December 1st. we now have the 11/12 and I have not received it yet !!! now it may not matter ... I have had to buy another Advent calendar instead.

I don't like to leave bad reviews where I don't need to, especially as I've had great experiences with this company. But this time I just had to say something. I preordered a game in September, only now to be told they don't have the stock available and they cancelled and refunded my order. That would be fine, but as everywhere else has had sold their stock, there doesn't seem to be any copies left to be seen in the entirety of the UK. Surely they knew the amount of stock they'd be recieving for the game, but just let preorders keep rolling in past the amount of stock they'd be recieving. And they were taking preorders right up until they got stock this week. So I dread to think just how many people have gotten their orders cancelled. This is just such a collossal mismanagement and now I likely won't be able to play this game until there is a preprint, however long that takes, which will likely take a year, if even longer. Such a happy christmas for me!

Placed an order on 26/11 still hadn’t received my order a week later I phoned them, got told the item I ordered gets ordered by a secondary company to get delivered to them then re-shipped to me. This was on the Friday and they said I will receive the following Monday if I don’t phone on the Tuesday (today) I have just phoned to be told it’s not in stock it won’t be coming back in stock and never will be, and The lady on the phone said I shouldn’t have been sold it, will issue full refund but will take 7 days but that will be after the last posting date so no good for me when I don’t have the funds to re purchase elsewhere! So I could of had a refund the week before and got the item elsewhere!!!

Terrible. After multiple order attempts it still seemed to fail. Couldn't action orders stuck in the system. Avoid this waste of time.
