Preorder wasn’t shipped until well after release date. International package had no padding and game case arrived squashed and warped.

Don't have my games yet. Massively underestimated the timing on the site (said 2-3 days, it's been 3 x longer and still no games).

Unfortunately my purchase was unable to be filled due to them not having enough product. The refund was sent quickly once they notified me of the problem. But since I am from the U.S. I lost almost $20 thanks to conversion rates changing so drastically. I will not risk an almost 10% loss in addition to not getting what I ordered.

I ordered a neca donotello, I'm an inbox collector and unfortunately this is worthless to me. The box was in very bad condition and the tie wrap inside was broke meaning the figure is flopping about inside the box. This figure needs binning. Will never order from here again.

Poor customer service. Do make their own decisions without contacting the customer. Full refund means to you almost all.

A purchased a couple of items from Zatu. Shipping and prices are good. But the customer service is awful. I ordered a set of dice from Zatu, and when I received them they were completely different from the ones Zatu shows on the website. The title of the product says Gold and Gray Dice. The dice on the picture are black and gray, but I thought, hmmm probably just very dark grey then. But no, the dice are light gray, which is a horrible combination with the gold numbers making them barely readable. I emailed about the dice, this is what I got after multiple emails and days trying to explain the issue. "they have agreed that the image and title for this product are correct for what we stock" You couldn't fool a toddler by telling it that the dice I received are the same as Zatu depicts on the website. All I could get from Zatu is a 80% refund - the shipping fees (probably) I am never ordering from Zatu again, only because of the horribly slow customer service and the denial of the management.

I am still waiting for an order that was placed on June 21st. The items ordered were for my daughter's birthday and they never arrived meaning she had no birthday presents. I was told the items would be delivered in 5 days. Customer support has been awful. Twice i have contacted you via email and received nothing back. I phoned Zatu games to be told there is nothing that they could do and my order will be with me. I am over £40 out of pocket with nothing to show for it as I have not received my items. Customer Services don't care either. Zatu games has my money yet I have no items and a very upset 8 year old.

Very disappointed with preorder. After waiting 4 months I get a cancellation message and a refund. While I appreciate this is not fully Zatu's fault, they are at the mercy of the supplier, but I would expect that preorders are guaranteed bases on agreements with the supplier. I do not recommend using Zatu for any Pre Order items. You could be investing your money for nothing.

I recently bought the game Muffin Time which included the game's two expansions from Zatu Games. The game itself is quite fun, but the product I purchased was falsely advertised. The title of the game I bought is "MUFFIN TIME – 2021 EDITION (INC. BOTH EXPANSIONS)" and the description states that "Now, you won’t just find exploding turtles and runaway trains inside — we’ve also stuffed it with all the cards from the ‘Rainbow’ and ‘Pie Flavour’ expansion packs. Know what that means? It means 80 more obstacles for you to throw at your opponents, as you race to collect 10 cards before anyone else." However, the two expansions are not included in my order. I hand-counted every card that came with the order and there were a total of 203 cards (the number of cards that come with the base game). If the order came with the expansions, it should add up to 283 cards, but the expansions are missing. This classifies as false advertisement and I'm disappointed with Zatu Games that my first experience with them is not a pleasant one.

EDIT: Zatu sent replacement tokens and cards from a Star Wars Legion expansion box but they've sent ones from a different box. I'll amend my review if/when the situation is resolved. ORIGINAL: Parts missing in a factory sealed box. Not Zatu's fault. Asmodee games didn't reply to requests for assistance. Zatu replied quickly and sorted me out with replacement parts. Very good customer service.

I ordered a booster box of trading cards from Zatu Games. It came in a plastic mailing bag meant for things like clothing instead of in a box or something sturdier. My booster box came in all crushed and ripped from all sides. When I opened my packs, some were bent and in bad shape. Yes, shipping is out of their control when it leaves their facility but packaging the product in a plastic mailing bag was a poor choice on their part.

I found Zatu a few years ago and they quickly became my go to website for board games. Their prices were always competitive, the customer service was great and most importantly, the games were always packaged so carefully. I am sure we have all been there... you order a new game from a website, and you have a boxed game sent out in a parcel that's too big with no protection and the game gets damaged. This never used to happen with Zatu. It seems those days have gone. My last order was sent out in a "box" that had just been made by folding a large sheet of card over. It wasn't sturdy and the game was loose inside. I paid extra for the next day delivery and after waiting 3 days for a reply from my email, I was offered a replacement once I had returned my order, but not even as much as a refund on my next day delivery payment, so in affect, I would have paid next day delivery and then waited a week to actually have a copy of the game by the time the replacement came through. I am returning the game for a full refund and am sad to say it seems like Zatu have grown as a company to the point where standards don't matter anymore. Always a shame to see that happen

Box was badly damaged due to lack of protection in transit. Second time this has happened to me, both times has been higher priced games as well!

I’ve spent a lot of money with this company and this is why I feel so angry and feel like I’m a mug. Purchased a game for £56 as I hadn’t seen it available for a while and the very next day the price was £30. I am now returning the item. If you do not see a RRP next to the price then DO NOT BUY. Look closely and you will see that most items on the website have RRP next to them on this website if the item you are looking at does not then it is a rip off price and you could become a mug like me. Pathetic website. Will make it my mission to warn people.

Cards were damaged and the VAT prises for this product were insanely high (that’s the reason they don’t include it in the price). Payed around 70% of the price as an extra fee because of this!
