You really need to sort out customs prepay to EU or I’ll have to go back to Amazon. Paid €20 customs on a €60 purchase.

Unfortunately our purchase didn’t arrive in time for our wedding party we had planned. Ordered Sunday morning and still didn’t arrive by the following Saturday afternoon

I was extremely disappointed to find that my expensive games had been thrown in an oversized and thin-walled box with no additional padding whatsoever. Very predictably - every item arrived with extensive damage. I care about the condition of my game boxes and thus this order was rendered useless for me. Being an international customer I couldn't be bothered with the return process - especially since there is no guarantee that the replacement wouldn't arrive in a similar state. Instead, I had to sell the damaged products for cheap on the second hand market. I would have preferred if someone at Zatu spent an extra 30s to make sure their customers got their orders in a good condition, without extra steps.

Ordered from Spain we had to pay an additional €27 for customs expenses and other charges. It is much cheaper to buy it in Spain

I bought something from Zatu Games website, and they just canceled my order and refunded, without any reason or explanation whatsoever, returning 20 less euros than the sum that I payed (when converted to pounds). I never had experience as bad as this in my life. Watch out when buying anything from here.

the solitaire games are not as I imagined from the description not the same colour & not good quality. The Board is too small & the marbles are not glass: too small & light in weight to use successfully - would send them back (i bought 3 as presents) if i could get to the post office!

While the shipping was exceptionally fast, the wrong item was sent to me. An exchange for the correct item that I had purchased was for some reason not possible, no explanation was given. A partial refund was all that was offered for the error.

The package was not protected and it came with a knock on the box and folded. Making international shipments should be more careful. It has also been stopped at customs and has arrived in 10 days, when you pay for a shipment of 3-6. It was my second purchase and I repeated because the first one went well, but I don't think I will repeat it. very disappointed

3 of my most recent orders have arrived with significant box damage. Contacted the company to complain and ask what to do next. Been at least a month now and no reply from company. Very poor customer service, cannot recommend. Have switched company to get my games from as a result.

"La Poste", the french mail delivery service, has informed me today that I have to pay 11 € of international import fee (in addition to the 6,69 £ of the Royal Mail International Tracked shipping cost) to receive my product... for a product costing 8,33 £ ! (9,85 €). I don't want to pay more in non announced import fee than the cost of the product itself ! Cost like this should be integrated to the total shipping cost. It mazy be too difficult and I can understand that, but at least, the import fee cost (or a realist cost range) has to be announced below the total cost order when we place our order. Without this, it easy for your company to announced more attractive price that others sites for foreign customers like me. 2 weeks ago, I bought an item of about the same size from another UK site and it cost me less in shipping and no taxe fee. So I don't understand. As a result, I'm disappointed and don't know what to do. My order is currently keep by "La Poste" but will return my order to Zatu Games in several days if I don't pay the fee. I have no desire to pay these 11 € but if I return the product I want to be totally refund. I am looking for a middle ground solution from Zatu Games.

Still haven't received my goods, or a code to track my goods. Customer services have issued a partial refund for missed delivery promise but are otherwise unresponsive.

Deeply disappointed both in the store and customer service. I was buying a present for a friend of mine. Ordered two books on August 6th, this morning noticed, that the order status is still in "awaiting payment" and wrote to support to verify if I can do anything to fix it. Instead of reply 4 hours later I got the information, that my order was canceled. On top of that one item is no longer available. Even the publisher's page ran out of print, so I had high hopes for Zatu. Wrote to support the second time, but didn't get any response, so had to order just the second book alone as I'm date-dependent here. Overall unpleasant experience. Not sure, if I'll ever buy anything from this store again.

Had a game on order from January and have contacted twice for a better estimation of delivery with no clearer indication. Zatu communication to keep you updated is very poor

Ordered a game the 13th of july as it was promised it would arrive to Spain the 23rd. Not only has the game not arrived but Zatu hasn't bothered answering the 3 different emails that I've sent asking for an update. The tracking number doesn't work with Royal Mail either. Obviously I'll have to pay costums but they never bothered including that in a larger text before purchasing. Called them earlier this week and they told me it would arrive by Friday, it's Sunday now and still no update, still no reply from any email, still no information. I told them I would be traveling from the 2nd of August which is why I bought the game to arrive the 23rd to begin with. Will never use Zatu again. The game arriving late doesn't bother me that much, what bothers me is the complete lack of communication with the costumers and even ignoring costumer emails.

I only received half of my order a month late. Despite emailing multiple times and being assured my whole order was being dispatched. Ended up with 5 packs of Minecraft stickers but no album to put them in. Was supposed to be a present for my son's birthday but now I'm left with packs of stickers that are useless without the album
