10 days from order to delivery.. Suggestion: On your website add a notification or picture or symbol or something to advise the buyer that the item is non stocked and has an extended delivery time - and what that time is. Reading the reviews on the website that all say things like 'Fast delivery', 'Next day delivery' it leads your customers to believe this is the service they are going to get.. Also when your customer service team advise that they have upgraded your delivery to next day from 2 day, can they actually do it.. because I was told this and it didn't happen.. Although the response was quick from the customer service team, the information provided was incorrect. Bit disappointed with my first experience buying from here.

Can’t seem to deliver on time when purchasing 1 day delivery. I’ve purchased 1 day delivery twice now, they don’t give you a tracking a number like they’re suppose to. Also the first item I purchased took a week to get to me.

been waiting over 7 months for a re-stock order. absolutely terrible customer service. dont buy anything they say isnt in stock because they will just take your money and forget about you.

Very disappointing. Ordered (and paid for 48hour delivery) an item listed as being in stock. Turned out that in stock actually meant it was with a third party supplier. Delivery took over two weeks and despite customer services assuring me that they had upgraded it to 24 hr delivery (once they got it from the supplier) the postal receipt shows that this was a downright lie - it was sent 48 hour as i had paid for

Watch out ordering from Ireland as they do not include customs charges or even warn you that they haven’t covered them. Was hit with an 8:50 charge on a 22 euro order! Very poor from them.

Absolutely garbage. Placed an order for next day and it’s been sat waiting dispatch for 2 days. I’m aware couriers can’t guarantee time frames but the shop should have it ready to go…

You sent the wrong product: North and South BBC series. Oh well, maybe it will be good thinks I. But no, wrong zone; cannot be played in Canada.

Awful, awful, awful. I placed an order for a board game and a dice cup. Both showed in stock. Over a month later, I am still waiting. I contacted them a few weeks in and was told they would resolve the lack of delivery. Since then, they have done nothing. Avoid like the plague.

Pre ordered a game 7 months ago, it came into stock but i never received item. Checked website and it said awaiting restock. Emailed them for an update and never heard back. Going to try and claim my money back. Never preorder from this company, they clearly take payment for more than they will receive.

Cancel orders if you brought product “Re-stock” at a good price and don't bother to let you know why it was cancelled. When following up to their customer service, the response was "our suppliers have put up their prices for this item, and so we have had to cancel and refund your order." then asking if I still want to buy the game at a much more inflated price when it came back in stock.. if you review their T&C they have the following > 3.3.2.6 "there has been a mistake on the pricing or description of the goods; or" basically allowing them to pull the chain on any order you make if they are not happy with the price they sold it to you for. I have spent several thousands of pounds on board games and the like with Zatu and on the whole it’s been okay with the odd box here and there damaged but I have not complained in the past but to just cancel the order without stating why and then having to follow up and get that response is kind of BS practice and poor communication. be warned, if you find something at a good price, they can pull the plug on you if the price was too cheap…

Hello, I bought some weeks ago a board game called : "The Binding of Isaac : Four Souls". I just receive it now and I got à piece of a vacuum cleaner. I don't understand what happened, is it a bad joke or I get tricked somewhere ? The package have been stuck during a long time to the customs house (2 weeks a least). There's all the photos to prove it, if you need more information, please tell me, i'm very confuse about this situation. I'm from France, next time, send it throught a different and more secure package, this is very weird

After waiting for the printing as well as the delivery of Glow, I was happy to receive the news from Zatu Games that the game is finally on its way. The game is fully paid for and has not reached me until today. According to the delivery service, however, the game should have reached me. Therefore, I can unfortunately only rate with one star.

I am writing this review still not in receipt of my order placed over two weeks ago this is actually due today. I was forced to call customer services as I had received no tracking information after a full week after delivery. This item was to be a birthday gift for a relative which I have now had to offer apologies as this has arrived late for this event. I am extremely dissatisfied with service offered especially when postage isn’t a free but a paid service. To be clear this item was unexplainably delayed in Zatu warehouses not the courier as confirmed by Zatu customer services.

I have not yet received my item. I have payed much more than expected. All thanks to brexit. I will never order anything from Britain again. You should warn your customers better about this.

Ordered game for day one release delivery. got email 3 days before due date saying it had been despatched. Did not turn up on day. Rang and they tried blaming Royal Mail. Promised it was out for next day delivery. Did not turn up. Saved a couple of pounds but i should have paid the extra and gone almost any other game provider. I know a few who ordered and got it as promised but the two bought from Zatu did not arrive. Customer service blatantly lied which is unforgivable. Never again.

I've pre-ordered games a couple of times from Zatu and they never arrive on release date or even D+1 of release. Very dissapointed and won't be pre-ordering through Zatu again

Ordered 2 boxes of digimon and they diddnt come with the promo packs they were meant a to come with which was a major let down as it’s a big reason to buy the boxes for this game. Was very let down by this as I know Bandai supply the packs with the boxes

Worst ever delivery. No communication or excuses for a delay of several weeks. Once but never again will I buy something. Long.live Brexit ! I get my games faster from US and Australia than from Norwich LOL
