Hi there, Thank you for your review. We’re sorry to hear you feel you’ve been waiting longer than expected. We can confirm that your order was placed and dispatched on the 5th of April. Once an order has been handed over to the courier, it is then in their network for delivery. In this case, there were delays with couriers due to the Easter bank holiday weekend, during which services such as Royal Mail operate with reduced or no collections and deliveries. This can unfortunately cause temporary delays in transit, which is outside of our control.
