“Purchased a second copy of Cascadia as a Xmas present having bought first copy from the Zatu stall at UK Games Expo 2024. Products are always competitively priced (usually cheaper than Amazon) and are dispatched promptly. Game descriptions and reviews on the website are accurate and useful. Zatu is my first port-of-call when buying games.”

“Ordered a game, when it got to the service point it got immediately flagged as unclaimed and got returned the same day. Ok, no problem, the delivery company messed up, it happens i guess. Zatu's response: we can send it back to you if you just pay shipping again. EDIT: They are now saying they are offering a refund. Changed to 2/5.”

“So disappointing... placed and order on the 12th November (3 items in stock). No despatch email only a email of confirmation. Phoned 3 times to be fobbed off with items in different storage locations, to then on the second call to be told the items coming in "5 parts" (how? why? its one kit that should be in same box...) third and final phone call, its now out of stock... well it wasn't when it was purchased almost 1 MONTH AGO!!!!!! .. getting a refund for said item...(awaiting it to hit my paypal..) I would avoid this company with a ten foot barge pole ! Not expecting this review to be posted as its rather damning... what a waste of time!!!”

We understand how frustrating it is to experience a delay after placing an order for items showing as in stock, and we are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. In this case, the product encountered an unexpected issue during transfer, and the stock arrived to us damaged. This meant we were unable to dispatch the item as planned, and we appreciate how disappointing this must have been after waiting longer than expected. We also want to clarify that this product is a single kit, and at no point have we advised that it would arrive in “five parts.” We apologise for any confusion caused during your calls with the team, this is certainly not the level of clarity we aim to provide. As the stock could not be fulfilled due to the damage, a refund was arranged, and this will return to your PayPal account once processed by your payment provider. This cancellation, as well as the date of this review, was requested on 03/12/2025 and can take 1-5 working days to appear back in to your statement.
