“The order didn't arrive on time (still hasn't) even though I ordered next-day delivery. However it is not my first time buying from here, and I like their website they have good prices and (most of the time) good delivery”

“All my games came to Canada very quickly, about 7 business days! The box was pretty weak though, im lucky none of the games were damaged in shipping. Overall, I am very satisfied as i got a couple games not available in Canada right now and they were all on sale for great prices! Will definitely be ordering from Zatu again in the future!”

“Great price and my kids loved the free gift, just seemed to take a few days from the point of ordering to dispatch the goods. I don't recall whether delivery dates were given at the point of choosing courier option, I f they weren't then perhaps it might be a good idea.”

“The delivery time and price I paid for my game, "very good", however the packing of my game was not so good ! Placed in an ill-fitting box with no packing whatsoever not even a quick wrap in bubble wrap, resulting in my game box being damaged in one corner. Otherwise, OK.”

“Slight disappointment with delivery taking longer than anticipated and no contact from Zatu informing us of delays. Slight damage to one of the boxes, no damage to the games. However on the whole great value for money and would still continue to purchase from them.”

“Brilliant for mail order purchases. However, the week before my on line order, I visited the store in person and the stock showing on the website was not in stock in the store. This should be stipulated so other people don't waste time and parking costs”

“So, I had this game on my wishlist for ages, and I finally decided to order it from Zatu. The catch? I had to wait for a whopping 6 months before it finally arrived at my doorstep. I was starting to lose hope, but when it finally came, it was like all that waiting didn't even matter anymore. The excitement of unboxing and playing the game totally made up for the long wait. So, yeah, while the wait was real, the game finally being delivered made it all worth it in the end.”
