“Although international shipping is kinda pricey, Zatu Games has by far the best selection of board games, particularly those that are hard to fine (though you might have to wait for like half a year from placing the order to get it).”

“Loved the service and products. There are a few bugs on the site. 1) I can't search the site on Firefox mobile because the keyboard won't open 2) I ended up buying twice because the check out page was bugged. Thankfully I noticed that and the customer service was prompt and helpful”

“Great selection but the preorders and restocks can be pushed, pulled and can be really all over. Customer service is great albeit slower than most but you get exactly what you pay for in the timeframe they estimate if its in stock.”

“I put in a backorder for a product a few months ago, and my only complaint with the process would be a bit of a lack of communication when the product took longer than expected to come back into stock. That is a nitpick though, as I always had my order reference, so there was nothing to worry about really, and when the product did come back into stock it was dispatched and arrived promptly after, with an estimated delivery window. The site itself is solid, it does the job and is easy to use, so yeah I'd definitely recommend Zatu to anyone looking to pick up a game (or two).”

“Good company with keen prices and varied selection of games. Pretty prompt delivery. Only note of concern would be to avoid ordering a stock item at same time as a nonstock item as can get a long wait for both to be delivered.”

“I have always had prompt service and games have arrived safely and well packaged. A good variety of stock and usually competitive prices. A little disappointed that having emailed to say I forgot to apply the 3% off coupon for my order of 3 games they said they couldn't apply a retrospective credit.”
