“shipping and packaging to the us were fine but checkout was not smooth. i’d meant to order two copies of the game we purchased (since int’l shipping isn’t cheap) but by the time i got our order to go through apparently i only had one in the cart and didn’t notice (that bit is on me obv) until the package arrived. would consider ordering again now that i figured out making an account is the way to improve the checkout woes, but as a seasoned online shopper let me suggest that the checkout process could use some testing and refinement.”

“I ordered a game in back order. The expected date of restocking kept changing so it took much longer than expected. I believe that it wasn’t Zatu’s fault but it would have been good to receive updates or more detailed information instead of me having to search for the game every now and then to find out that the back order had been delayed. That said, once the game was back in stock, the process was very agile and it arrived in only a couple of days.”

“Generally, I love Zatu games. Almost all my games are from this website. The prices are fair and the products are incredible. I do feel like there are some fidelity awards missing for recurent customers. What I don't like are the pre-orders. I have one order waiting from April and it was supposed to be delivered within 2 months and I'm still waiting...”

“Happy with the service, the only downer was my item came a day late after I paid for 24-hour delivery. When i brought it up with ZATU I wasn't offered a refund on the delivery until I asked for it which I thought was bad.”

“Came in good time and mostly packaged well. One of the boxes of card sleeves was sealed by plastic that was ripped and had holes in but everything inside was fine. No biggie. Would order from again. Had great card pulls too, no reseals.”

“Excellent price, and equally excellent customer service! The delivery took a little longer than 48 hours, so I would recommend not choosing Royal Mail! Other than that, it was a great customer experience and I would highly recommend.”

“Zatu has the best prices in the UK, and the packaging when they send the games is spot on. However, I ordered two games that were shown as "in stock", and it took over a week for them to be posted, and then another three days before they arrived. I'm not expecting next-day delivery (I was happy with the delivery service), but I would like speedier order fulfilment for in-stock items.”
