“Thank you for sending out my order. :) Very good service and received my delivery in perfect condition. One small downside, I placed it as a preorder but had to follow up on live chat to have it shipped. The live chat was very fast and resolved the issue straight away, thanks!”

“Zatu Games do provide a very good service at very sensible prices, however one major issue is in the way that some books are shipped by the store. While I am happy with the condition and the promptness of my order, the mailer my book was shipped in was open at 2 ends, this really invites accidents to happen and is rather concerning when ordering high value books from the store. While I have yet to have an issue because of this practice, it feels like a "when" more than an "if" and I would rate 5 stars if this procedure was updated.”

“The product and service of Zatu were great; however, the Post Office let the side down. I paid for next-day delivery only to be given the run around by the Post Office! Instead of the next day, the parcel arrived three days later; very disappointing. Perhaps Zatu should review its relationship with the Post Office.”

“The game arrived really quickly and in great quality. Packaging was designed to keep the box safe in transit. The price was comparable to other shops. I don’t think we saved anything but it was good to have it in stock and not have to wait. Only negative was that one of the wooden pieces was broken so we had to glue it back together before playing.”
