“The product was very good and I enjoyed it immensely. I've only removed one star due to the nature of preordering as the predicted date kept moving and changing so it felt a long time before getting the product. Once the product was dispatched it arrived quickly and in good condition.”

“Hello. I always buy it conveniently from Japan. Quick shipping is also very helpful. I'm just asking you about packing. There was a time when the cardboard box was damaged by just a few sheets of thin paper with cushioning material. If possible, I would be happy if you could pack it a little more carefully. Last time, I had no choice but to do it, so I asked for gift wrapping even though it was for myself, and I controlled the box of the board game so that it wouldn't hurt. Gift wrapping is also expensive, so I would be very happy if you could pack it carefully. Thank you very much.”

“I love the Zatu online store. I have found their reviews on games very helpful. My one problem is that I went for the more expensive delivery option for next-day delivery and I didn't get the game until 3 days later. I understand that this is the Rolay Mail fault but nonetheless, I will not be using the next-day delivery option again and paying the cheapest delivery option instead.”

“Hello: This was my first purchase from Zatu Games. I'll admit to being a low-tech elder (my biology lab background trained me not to push buttons if I didn't know what they did) but after entering a password and name and address, I was unable to enter my CC number or use Pay Pal. I worked with a woman in Customer Service who showed me how to enter my 4-game order (via Pay Pal) but I then didn't see where to enter my 3% discount code for a 3-game order. (C/S later told me that the discount couldn't be awarded retroactively.) I like the game and the discounted price (paying about the same for a new game as I was willing to pay for a used copy) so am happy with the purchase.”

“I've only bought a few things from them. Latest is a dove tower. I really like it good price for the quality. The first one they sent out seemed to end up at the wrong place. Logged a ticket with them and they just sent another one. Even though things went wrong they corrected it quickly which to me is a gold standard. Things will always go wrong. What you do then matters and Zatu deliver”

“This was an overseas shipment from England to the US. The price and shipping cost were very reasonable. It arrived very quickly considering the distance. The one troubling part was that while the game arrived in perfect condition, it was almost falling out of the package when it arrived. It was easy to pull part of the box open and see the contents. Overall, 4 stars. I'd order from them again.”
