“A VERY bad experience with Zatu. The store offers a 5% discount if you buy 5 items. I ordered 5 items costing over £115 in total and expected the £5.50 reduction but no reduction was given. I thought the discount might be offered near the end of the checkout process but could not be sure as a very large overlaid advert obscured almost the whole screen and this could not be removed. I reported the problems and there answer was basically 'tough'”

The zatu5 discount is a manual promotional code which must be entered into the coupon code box during checkout, as stated on our homepage with the wording “Use code zatu5”. “Excellent! The range of games is exceptional; the prices are very competitive and they delivered exactly when I was expecting them to. My only slight issue is the search on their website could be improved. I am really happy I discovered Zatu, though and will be buying all of my games from here in the future.”

“Purchasing and delivery was all great, however I am severely disappointed that the game was actually an expansion, not the original game itself. This was a gift for a friend who now needs to purchase the actual game separately. Nowhere on Zatu games does it state that this is an expansion. This is terribly misleading”
