“Everything went quite smoothly! Got my product in time for Christmas and didn't have any issues with customer service. The box came in slightly damaged but it wasn't the biggest deal in the world. Will likely buy from here again!”

“Really great prices and quick delivery. My only comment would it would be good to add more protection to smaller games when placed in a box with bigger heavier games”

“Kelp is a very interesting asymetrical game. My partner and I are always looking for fun games and we thought we would give kelp a try. Games like wingspan and terraforming mars are good fun but we are playing in parallel while Kelp has our game play affecting the other player which is alot more involved. My biggest issue with the game is that it is very difficult for the shark to win but being risky pays off!”

“Zatu Games is an excellent site with a fantastic selection. My order was delivered quickly and securely, which I really appreciated. I also love that they’re a local company to me, adding a personal touch to the experience. The only minor drawback is that their website can be a bit slow at times, and I occasionally face issues adding items to my cart or wishlist. Overall, though, a great service!”

“It's a great place to get games or manga. Would have been five stars but two orders in a row I paid for next day delivery and it arrived in two. Orders were made first thing in the morning too. Probably a reflection on Royal Mail\Parcelforce more than Zatu but ho hum.”

“Good prices, however delivery estimates could be clearer. Paid for upgraded shipping based on dates shown on website, and delivery didn't start to move until after the estimated delivery date - have used before and not had an issue. Website can also be a bit slow at times.”

“My husband is a table top games designer and Zatu is my go to place for buying his birthday and Christmas presents. I love how worried he looks when the distinctive box arrives but so far he has live everyone I have got him. The service is great and I've never had any problems with any order. I also love the black Friday deals, they make me look at games I've not considered before.”
