“Zatu has most of the games you could want to purchase. The only down side is the slow software. As well as when you're logged into your account and fill your basket, if you leave the site it doesn't remember what you put it it.”

“Used zatu many times for board game and comic orders. Some orders have been cancelled due to incorrect stock numbers or pricing but they have always had very good communication and prompt refunds. Dispatch and delivery very quick.”

“I ordered the greatly anticipated a Gentle Rain, solo game for relaxation and mindfulness. The quality of the item is gorgeous, well made, neatly packaged and only a tiny box to transport around. The ordering and delivery process was swift and arrived earlier than expected. I watched the product overview video and have to agree the £22 cost is expensive for what it is. I appreciate the quality of the product but for the game itself it probably suits more of a £15 mark.”

“Really great deals, especially on something discontinued that we never thought we would find. Very happy. Great packaging. Would be 5/5 if postage was free (spent nearly £100 but still had to pay postage). Would like invoice to show the price for each thing, rather than putting all the VAT as a total at the end. Courier delivery is luck of the draw. Lucky if you get to the parcel before the rain or thieves.”

“I liked the website design and the competitive prices offered by the store. The delivery was delayed by one day from the estimated date, but it wasn’t a major issue. The board game box arrived undamaged, but I would appreciate better packaging. It would be great if each game inside the parcel were additionally protected with bubble wrap, and if the empty space in the box were filled to prevent the games from moving during transit. Regarding the website, two main drawbacks significantly affect usability: 1. Short session caching – after a few hours, you have to log in again to access your account. 2. Cart resets – if you add items to the cart but don’t check out immediately, they disappear after a few hours. This is very inconvenient, especially when building an order over several hours or days. To avoid this, you either have to keep tabs open or use a wishlist. However, there’s another limitation – only five wishlists can be created, which is too few. This restriction, combined with the cart issue, makes it difficult to keep track of planned purchases. It would be great if the store increased the wishlist limit or allowed items to stay in the cart longer. I sincerely hope the store’s administration considers these suggestions and makes improvements in the future.”
