“Prompt delivery and well packed together. Loyalty point are actually worth something which is always nice. At Christmas, I pay for the gift wrapping service and they do a beautiful job. Worth the money.”

“Good service and very reliable. Website performance on mobile could be improved as well as search term results and filtering (at least for MTG). Could do with a UX tweak but would still recommend!”

“Great game , tactically deep and simple elegant rules . Only word of caution would be this game shines with 2 players equally into card combos and is not as good with a reluctant second player . A great addition to a collection!”

“Item ordered was on back order. I kept checking back to see when it was in stock and the last time I checked it was in stock so I messaged to make sure my order hadn't been forgotten. That was entirely unnecessary as the following day my item arrived. Great service.”

“Nice list of games. Short game dispatch. Insufficient packaging: the games moved quite freely inside de shipping box, which damaged the components a bit (even inside, as everything could move brutally). At least for longer trips (to Europe…), more protecting material should be used inside. No other game companies I have business with uses so little protection.”

“I love Zatu for its wide selection of board games and unbeatable sale deals if you check the site regularly. Delivery is usually quick too. However, two areas could improve: occasionally, low-stock items might be unavailable even after ordering what should have still been in stock, possibly due to stock inaccuracies or the unlucky timing of ordering the last piece alongside someone else. Also, be cautious with pre-orders—while the expected release date may be accurate, it’s often postponed, sometimes adding many months to the wait. Additionally, your order will only be dispatched once all items are in stock, so I’d advise placing separate orders for in-stock and out-of-stock items.”
