I ordered some stuff, it got sent back to sender via DHL and now they are holding my money hostage and not replying to my mails.

I placed my order all fine 3-7 days delivery time no worries at all. After 9 days without hearing anything i sent them a email asking what was going on. No reply now 2 days later. And i cant even answer all points in the review beacuse my order has still not arived.

I buy a lot of games from Zatu and generally they are pretty good at fulfilling orders at competitive prices. However, they have recently annoyed me by cancelling an order I placed through Amazon that was at a very good sale price. So now I am left feeling disappointed and angry that they chose not to fulfil the order and won't be using them again for a while.

I have been buying games from Zatu for a number of months, collecting my victory points. I've bought games from them worth few hundred pounds. When I wanted to use my collected victory points they've all disappeared at the checkout and shown 0 so I've never got a chance to use them. I've emailed them and chased up and was always advised they would come back to me but they never did once they've sorted this out. I've stopped buying from them and started using other retailers.

Really disappointed. No ownership of their mistake just further inconvenience put on customer. Save yourself the days of being ignored then completely empathy lacking in personal replies and go to Amazon. At least they refund you when they make a mistake.

Noting received or resolved in over three weeks trying to get in contact. Why is the customer service so incompetent? My orders have been payed for ages ago.

Ordered almost 100 pounds worth of products that should Have arrived next day just to find out it was only posted for delivery 14hrs later at 1.30 am therefore my package will only be arriving the day after where I probably won’t be home to receive it, furthermore even though I sent an email asking for an explanation 6hours later I still have no reply

Ordered yesterday and paid for 'next day delivery'. Now see on tracking details it won't arrive until tomorrow. Birthday present.,so disappointment .Very inconvenient etc etc

Received a duplicate version of catan, and am highly disappointed. I have a version of the same in Dutch and the quality of which is far more superior. Would sincerely appreciate a responses. My e mail I’d is anya2727@gmail.com. I have paid the same price as for an original. Not sure why a duplicate set was delivered to me. Thanks for your response in advance.

I will never do buisness with this company again very bad buisness practice they will make you wait a month to tell you they just wont fill your order and then just refund your money with no explanation and no willingness to make the situation right. Stay away dont buy from this company ever.

Hello, Thank you for getting in contact. I am sorry to hear you've been disappointed with your Zatu Games experience. I can see that you placed your order on the 20/08/19 and this was dispatched 21/08/19 using our Royal Mail international tracked service. Unfortunately 1 week later the order was returned by Royal Mail as there was an issue with the delivery of the parcel. In this instance we issued you a full refund on the same day that we received it back on the 29/08/19. We believe this was the best course of action to ensure that you received the funds for the undelivered goods, and it avoided the risk of re-dispatching your order, and this issue occurring again. Not only have my previous issues not been resolved (missing box, late delivery, poor tracking, no communication and tampered packs); I haven't had an apology, or any sort of response, also my review has "mysteriously vanished" / been deleted from the website. This is a horrible way to treat your customers. As proof I'm providing a screenshot of my previous review along with the picture that accompanied it. In addition to my review being removed and ignored, Zatu games sent me an automatic email asking for another (keyword "another", as it proves my review was removed) review as "honest ones mean a lot to them." Overall whilst I'm awaiting a response, I do not recommend Zatu Games at all

I received a dispatch notification with tracking number for my order and after a week I asked the transportation company about the delivery. Apparently they never got anything, saying Zatu still had the package at their depot. So I contacted Zatu Customer Services and they explained that their was a mistake and they would dispatch it now on the same day. And then they don‘t. So if you would like something on time, don‘t order at Zatu, there are better options.

It looks like a dispatch notification was incorrectly sent on the 01/08/2019, which would have caused some unfair confusion - I will ask our warehouse team to look at how this happened. I am also sorry for any ongoing delays with this order, although it was a pre-order and not due for release until early August, due to the volume of pre-orders we had received for the game unfortunately some didn't go out as quickly as anticipated. You sold me a different item to the one I was expecting. I thought your product description was misleading so I posted a review about it. You blocked the review. I asked you why. You didn't respond. I have just tried to post the review again. Maybe this time you will show it. Or do you only post positive reviews?
