I ordered a product on Friday and still haven’t gotten a dispatch email. I live in another country and thus selected international delivery. I emailed them and even wrote on Twitter and I STILL haven’t gotten a response. Plus another lockdown is happening in the UK in DAYS and Im very worried my product won’t be be shipped before that happens. I need my problem to be solved NOW

Canceled my order over an assumption without reaching out to me first. They admitted the mistake and couldn’t do anything to fix it. Customer service was good but they dropped the ball big time and get 1/5 for doing so.

Pre-ordered a game in August still hasn't shipped. No options to cancel payment very disappointed won't be using again any time soon.

Really disappointed. I ordered 3 items for £150+ and later the same day they dropped the price of one item by £7. It's only £7 but still.

I have bought from Zatu before and the box arrived (delivery to EU) with no packing and contents moving around in the box, I was lucky at the time and nothing was damaged. This time I have explicitly asked on the order for extra packing, which I believe is not much to ask on a €200 order. The box arrived with a SINGLE, FLAT piece of packing, boxes sliding all over the place. Box wasn't damaged on the outside so I have accepted it, but unsurprisingly one of the games (the most expensive of course) was damaged. Even the smallest boardgame retailers know to pack games properly, even pieces of cardboard or newspaper is fine! You would think this is common sense with boardgames, but looks like it isn't. After reading the Zatu returns policy I have decided to just keep the game (contents are not damaged, luckily) but I will never buy from them again and will make sure my experience with them is known.

Ordered a restock item in May. Still waiting for the game and for any useful feedback from Zatu. Not impressed.

A minority of our restock pre-order supply chains were effected by Covid-19 and did experience some delays. We've since cancelled your order and processed a full refund. Once again, I am very sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Unacceptable. My order 640007 from 16.09 still didn't arrive. I will never buy from here anymore and I will inform everyone on the internet that this site is a joke. I want my money back. Bogdan MOISE.

I ordered an item It showed up on my debit card and and in my pay pal but I cannot get a refund because it does not even show up in my orders but it took money from my debit card, I lost my money with no package.

My preorder is now over a week late and the telephone person I spoke with didn't even know the product had passed it's release date.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. Our supplier pushed the release date back on this item which is why it wasn't despatched when you hoped. Thankfully this has now been shipped and you have taken delivery. I am very sorry for any inconvenience caused by the delay.

i ordered a game in the last month and it doesn't come to me in brazil , it takes too much time and i can't cancel the order. i even tried contact the zatu games in email BUT they doesn't answer.

Sorry to mention but already 5 days delay in delivery. The game didn't arrive yet. Still waiting. The menționate delivery date was 23.08 and that was long ago.

Paid for this back in May still haven't received it despite emails and a telephone call. Worst service l've ever come across, they never even contacted me to say that it was out of stock or when it may come back in. I suggest you avoid at all costs, my £40+ has been sat in their account all this time. Then to have the cheek to ask what l think of them beggars belief!!!

Ordered a zeds subscription box. Recieved games that barely made the value of the box all were awful and 3 of 4 were card games. Contacted customer services explaining my disappointment and got no reply. Will be taking my business elsewhere

Pre-ordered a game due for release on 30th June 2020 back in May. June came and went, when I checked the website the release date was no longer visible. During August I sent a total of 6 messages over the course of 3/4 weeks and didn't receive a response. Totally appreciate the difficulties at fulfilling orders at the moment but a quick status update and some reassurance would of been welcomed. Thankfully I have now received the item but have never had any response from the customer service team.

fails to honour pre orders. waiting weeks. told 31.08.20 after delayed release. still waiting and no responses to emails. when you charge a pre order at time of order. should expect at least updates on pre order changes.

Placed an order almost 2 weeks ago, tracking still says "advised" which means they only printed a label and have not sent my package. I get no responses if I ask about my order and since they marked it as dispatched I cannot cancel to buy elsewhere... unless this is corrected, this will be the first and last time I order from this company.. save the time and hassle and shop at a more reliable site.

In one order only one of two games arrived. No communication, no refund, company does not answer messages. Placed a second order with restock items and no update in several months. Again no communication. Scam site that lists items they cannot provide and run with your money. Stay away from Zatu at all cost!

I ordered a card game. The card game has missing cards. I have twice contacted Zatu about this but have heard nothing back. I have paid for a faulty product and am being ignored. I will be cancelling my pre-orders with Zatu and will not use them again.

I received the wrong item. I asked for Maths game Aged 7+ for my nephews birthday and received aged 9+. I contacted the company to ask how to return as this is game is no use at all and I have not heard how to return and get a refund.
