You've just lost a sale. It didn't accept my credit card after 3 inputs and double checking. There is nothing wrong with the card or the numbers input. And the error message doesn't say what is wrong. Thought I'd use a non-Amazon company for a change, but there we are.

I paid for 2 products in April accepting that there would be a lead time of "up to 2 months" and no partial deliveries, I accepted both these terms. After 2 months of no contact/product I called to check on my order. I was told that the delays were due to an "unpredictable" pandemic. I had placed my order in April, well after the pandemic started, if they needed longer lead time they could have alerted me of up to 4 months or up to 6 months instead of the "up to 2 months" I was given and I would have waited that amount of time before calling. As recourse I was offered the partial order but I would have to pay delivery, or I could continue to wait for a further undetermined amount of time for free. I found both terms unacceptable so opted for my money back and paid more else where. Phone service was good, aside from the unacceptable terms, they were able to identify my order quickly and without issue even with my lack of order number. I had no issue starting the refund process, I was told "up to 3 working days"... We'll see. Yes the products are cheap, but you get what you pay for with the service when things don't go perfectly and they're unable to fullfil their promises.

International customers beware! I ordered card sleeves of a specific size. I did not have any problem as concerns shipping and delivery however the product description provided on the website and the actual size of the sleeves I received are not matching. They were supposed to be of size 2,5-3,5" but they are not. I have sent 2 email messages to the team but have received no replies as of now, it has been a week, I have 400 sleeves that will probably be going to the bin.

Poor customer service. After receiving the board I contacted customer service as the board was damaged. I have been waiting over a week for a response from them. It was supposed to be a gift For Father’s Day.

Left really disappointed ordered a restocked item paid for it, so was expecting it to arrive but only to be told they can't fulfill the order. 😩Really annoying.

Don’t listen to their restock notices, seems like a way to get money off customers for items they themselves admit they have no idea when will come in. They have had over 200 pounds of my money for 3 months before I eventually cancelled my orders with still no sign of the games coming.

I placed my order all fine 3-7 days delivery time no worries at all. After 9 days without hearing anything i sent them a email asking what was going on. No reply now 2 days later. And i cant even answer all points in the review beacuse my order has still not arived.

I buy a lot of games from Zatu and generally they are pretty good at fulfilling orders at competitive prices. However, they have recently annoyed me by cancelling an order I placed through Amazon that was at a very good sale price. So now I am left feeling disappointed and angry that they chose not to fulfil the order and won't be using them again for a while.

I have been buying games from Zatu for a number of months, collecting my victory points. I've bought games from them worth few hundred pounds. When I wanted to use my collected victory points they've all disappeared at the checkout and shown 0 so I've never got a chance to use them. I've emailed them and chased up and was always advised they would come back to me but they never did once they've sorted this out. I've stopped buying from them and started using other retailers.

Really disappointed. No ownership of their mistake just further inconvenience put on customer. Save yourself the days of being ignored then completely empathy lacking in personal replies and go to Amazon. At least they refund you when they make a mistake.

Ordered almost 100 pounds worth of products that should Have arrived next day just to find out it was only posted for delivery 14hrs later at 1.30 am therefore my package will only be arriving the day after where I probably won’t be home to receive it, furthermore even though I sent an email asking for an explanation 6hours later I still have no reply

Received a duplicate version of catan, and am highly disappointed. I have a version of the same in Dutch and the quality of which is far more superior. Would sincerely appreciate a responses. My e mail I’d is anya2727@gmail.com. I have paid the same price as for an original. Not sure why a duplicate set was delivered to me. Thanks for your response in advance.
