Customer service is non-existent. No response after days of trying to contact, either by email or via the online contact page. Terrible. Really disappointed. Also have seen wildly fluctuating prices on games, as others state hear. I think they will start to lose custom, there are lots of other great, and reliable companies to buy from.

I made a order on 02/08/2020 and received a email saying that the order had been received. They also said they would send a additional email once the order has been dispatched. I have yet to receive any additional emails and have no tracking number to keep tabs on my item.

Quite happy to take my money back in May, but I am still waiting in August. It's described as a pre-order with unknown release date despite the email from Zatu saying the item was in stock which prompted my order.

Extremely poor service and next to no contact. Despite the advertisement of 24 hour dispatch I'm six days waiting for it. Also they won't reply to any messages at all. Would not recommend.

Order awaiting dispatch since 26/07 Tried to contact the team on 4 occasions, with no success. Meanwhile reading reviews of plenty of people receiving their orders quickly (it means they were dispatched quickly as well) Money was actually debited pretty soon after I made the order, other retailers I've bought games from usually wait until they've dispatched to do this. All the items I selected were on Stock. Hopefully I will receive my refund soon, so I can acquire the games I want elsewhere. It is the 1st One start review I place anywhere, hope it will be the last.

Products in stock, but not shipped. Asked for Paypal refund after three weeks of no response to any contact form or mail. Ironically refund ok after an hour. They lost one costumer here.

First time customer. Order wasn't shipped after three weeks. Contacted them several times, but received no feedback. Paypal complaint answered in couple of hours and received refund. Would rather want the games I ordered. Never coming back again. So be warned!

Item arrived damaged. Box was shipped international with no bubble wrap or packaging whatsoever. Sent several emails and received no response. Paypal had to intervene to obtain refund.

Recieved game with pieces broke. Sent an email and received no response. Used twitter and facebook to finally get a response which was that Zatu are prioritising orders first. Clearly only care about profit.

I have been trying to get a hold of the company to get somd sort of update about my order status. Im so upset that Im not even acknowledged. This is so bad. Im in the US so I cannot call to talk to support.

Ordered and paid for a special edition game for a special Birthday present on 9th July still not recieved 19th July after paying for 48 hour delivery. No response to emails or messages. Would not recommend

Fairly new customer to here and had problems with my last 2 orders. So my experience is a bleak one and am more likely to take my business elsewhere. First issue was a damaged box being delivered (dead of winter). Now usually this can be down to the delivery, however the outer box was totally fine and packed well inside, it had been packed like that so was void of any quality control. I was offered a 15% refund which is not that much. Second issue was a preorder of a gaming mat, I was emailed to say they got the price wrong so my money would be refunded and I was welcomed to reorder at the new, higher price. Just not a good experience for a new customer.

Wrong item sent. Contacted about return and refund. Instead of a FULL refund I was given just a partial refund (the item price not p&p). Bearing in mind the error was not mine this is unsatisfactory and I am waiting for this to be rectified. Won’t be ordering again nor will I be recommending.

This is the second time that I've been told an order I placed couldn't be fulfilled due to stock shortage despite the website advertising them as in stock. Pointless trying again as I have no idea what's actually available or not.
