The game was packaged damaged as the outer packaging was perfect. I had to return it (not the first time this has happened). Zatu refunded me the cost minus the postage cost, then a few days later charged me for postage again. I phoned and got refunded the first postage charge but the Zatu employee couldn't find the second postage charge on her records so I'm out a few pounds. My bank said they could do nothing about it. This is the second time I had to return a game and had to follow it up to get my money back.

Very dissapointed. I ordered on april 17 and I'm still waiting for my order. When I orderrd the estimated delivery date was 26 of april. This is why I ordered since I will be moving from my current flat on april 30th. Tomorrow is april 30th and still I have no order.

Really disappointed, ordered for the first time as a birthday present for a family member. Ordered item on the 31st of March with estimated delivery for the 4th April. His birthday was the 5th, only received dispatch confirmation evening of the 5th and at this point the tracking number shows it still hasn’t been shipped. Will not be ordering again as would only order for presents and need to use a reliable, trustworthy company.

Last time I ordered the item it was in stock at the time of purchase, but when it got out of stock and Zatu didn't contact me. I was waiting for my order and after it didn't arrive I contacted them. They promised me a refund. But then the item magically got back in stock and they post it to me. So I had to post it back to get my refund. Extremely poor service. I didn't have any problems with previous orders though so I'm giving them one more try. If they mess up this time, there is plenty of online shops selling board games.

We do try our very best to keep on top of these kind of errors, however sometimes they are out with our control and for that we are very sorry. The web error did mean we dispatched your item for you after you requested the cancellation. We did provide you with a Free Post Label so you could return the item to us at no extra charge to yourself. Very disappointing experience with their eBay store. My wife bought me a game for Christmas and it arrived poorly packaged and dented. She returned it and it was marked on eBay as received on 24 December. As of yet, she still has not received her refund and has had to ask eBay to step in. In the meantime, I ordered another game from the eBay store and although it arrived quickly, it too was poorly packaged and slightly damaged. I am currently returning it for a replacement.

Disastrous experience. Placed an order with the company which was for Christmas gifts, heard nothing for 5 days. Called the company to be told that one of the items was out of stock but it hadn't been picked up on their system and as a result, I hadn't been informed, however, they took my money for the order immediately. Cancelled the order and have to had to order through another company, should get the items before Christmas but could have resulted in family members not getting gifts from me (again). The lack of communication was staggering, the term 'tin pot' springs to mind. Won't be using the company again and would advise others against using them. A real shame as thought I'd found a gem here.

Ordered and paid for Next Day Delivery on 3rd Dec before the stated cut-off time. It didn't arrive, they apologised and assured it would be sent Next day delivery on 4th arriving on 5th. Looking at the tracking it only just started tracking having arrived in a depot nowhere near me on 5th at 16:38pm, so I guess that means 6th then. Was bought specifically because of the Next Day option as a gift for someone, and it's now far beyond that. Useless.

Placed a pre-order for a game. I received no communication about it being dispatched, despite the website showing that it went into stock, then out of stock. Messaged through the website and waited 24hrs before calling to find out what was going on. By the time i found out that they didn't have enough stock to meet pre-orders, I was then struggling to find anywhere else that sold it. Also, they took my money when i pre-ordered and will take another 5 days odd before i get it back. Don't bother wasting your time, use other stores.

Unfortunately when you contacted regarding your pre-order we had not received our stock and were investigating further the reason for the delay. At this point, we were also informed that we would be short-shipped our allocated stock - this was much to our disappointment also and out of our control - on the 3/12/2018 all customers who had pre-ordered the item were contacted to explain that there were shortages, and they were offered a full refund or the option to hold on and wait for a restock. It is rare circumstances where pre-orders are not fully dispatched, and we can only apologise that you were effected in this circumstance. Chose Zatu Games as store has a great reputation. Unfortunately I am hugely disappointed with delivery. Requested 24hrs delivery for which I paid on 24th received package on 28th... I don't think that needs any other comments...

Item ordered was in stock but they allocated it to someone else. No notification either. I don’t usually complain but this is amateurish in the days of the internet and is unacceptable. Will be using a more reliable store like Boardgameguru or magic madhouse in future.

Still waiting for my game to be dispatched, 5 days after placing the order, despite the website stating my game is in stock. I feel very let down by Zatu Games. Email contact direct doesn't seem to have made any difference either.

You sent me the wrong game. I order Five Tribes Artisans on Naqulal and send me Domini Queen. There is little chance of getting a replacement as I order it though Amazon and no they are out of stock

This was due to an Amazon error whereby the stock and the product were incorrectly linked to each other, which resulted in the order you placed automatically processing as a different item.
