I thought this was a joke asking for a review it’s been 8 days and I still haven’t received my item even after paying extra for 24hr delivery

I can confirm at the time this order was placed, we were still operating under DDU, and so VAT was not applied to your order. Instead, International customers were asked to pay customs charges. If I could give a 0 star then I would. On 05/09/2022 I placed a large order with Zatu also payed £6.48 postage for quick delivery… when I placed the order all the games I order were showing in stock. I waited a week before I contacted Zatu to find out where my order was as it never turned up, I was told one of the games was at another warehouse, and the game was going to arrive that afternoon and I was promised that all my order was going to be with me the next day, I waited in all the following day - no show of my order so yet again I phoned Zatu only to be told in was in transit and should arrive by the end of the week. I waited until the following Monday to yet again phone Zatu - to be told it was still in transit and it would be definitely with me by the Wednesday, yet again my order was a no show on the Wednesday - so i phoned Zatu yet again only to be told by a different person that the game was still at the warehouse. I asked for a full refund for this game and asked for emailed confirmation - I got told yes I would get an email with in 20 minute - which to this day I haven’t had an email. Also I haven’t had my full refund only a part refund also I haven’t had a refund for the p&p - I would never use this company again - I would advice anybody going to use this company please be careful and aware. They do NOT communicate, you have to do all the phoning, they will lie through there teeth. Also they don’t give full refunds.

Sorely disappointed. I purchased the item on a Saturday on next-day delivery. As such, I waited until the following Tuesday (due to the weekend, plus one day delivery time) and still nothing. On the Wednesday I received an email claiming a delivery had been attempted, however, my mother who is disabled and house-bound, assures me that no such attempt was made and no note left (this, without this note and included delivery code, I cannot request a redelivery). I'm going to visit the Royal Mail post center tomorrow as it is my first opportunity to do so since the supposed attempt to deliver, however without the note, I don't know if my package is being held there and even if it is, I'll have to argue to get my package due to not having the note. This is incredibly frustrating. For so-called 'next day delivery', it did not happen on the next day and no seemingly no delivery was actually attempted.

Ordered 3 boardgames that were advertised to be in stock 3 weeks ago. Estimate delivery was 48-72 hours. Still nothing, hasn't even been dispatched. Have contacted customer service 3 times, "will be with you soon...24h after dispatching...".p

Nearly 3 weeks for an in stock order tk be delivered. Postage costs were high for such a small item. They did offer a £5 voucher but don't expect to spend it. Will go to a flash next time !

Appalling customer service Placed and paid for an order from them more than seven months ago, still waiting. It was something that was described as a 'restock order' which they claimed typically arrive within two months. The first time I contacted them was I think after three and they were still waiting for their supplier who couldn't give them any more info than 'it's coming soon'. I appreciate the delay in delivering the item is outside their control but not once in more than seven months months have they proactively contacted me, appalling. They may be ok if a product is in stock but I will never order a 'restock' item from them again.

Would be zero star but can’t choose that option. I ordered a Pokémon booster box for over what normal retail is and paid for express 24hr shipping. So Monday comes and Royal Mail say they have delivered my item, great Let me get home and open them I thought. Get home there is no delivery, no card nothing. I check the proof of delivery and there’s a pic of the box ( not near my house) and the gps delivery pin is around the corner from my home. Anyway Zatu are doing nothing for me they basically want me to wait for Royal Mail to contact them ( even though the proof is in the tracking number ) USELESS COMPANY I WILL NEVER BUY FROM AGAIN.
