EDIT: Zatu sent replacement tokens and cards from a Star Wars Legion expansion box but they've sent ones from a different box. I'll amend my review if/when the situation is resolved. ORIGINAL: Parts missing in a factory sealed box. Not Zatu's fault. Asmodee games didn't reply to requests for assistance. Zatu replied quickly and sorted me out with replacement parts. Very good customer service.

Estimated delivery says my package should have arrived yesterday yet it hasn't even been shipped. Zero communication and no response to customer service.

I ordered a booster box of trading cards from Zatu Games. It came in a plastic mailing bag meant for things like clothing instead of in a box or something sturdier. My booster box came in all crushed and ripped from all sides. When I opened my packs, some were bent and in bad shape. Yes, shipping is out of their control when it leaves their facility but packaging the product in a plastic mailing bag was a poor choice on their part.

I found Zatu a few years ago and they quickly became my go to website for board games. Their prices were always competitive, the customer service was great and most importantly, the games were always packaged so carefully. I am sure we have all been there... you order a new game from a website, and you have a boxed game sent out in a parcel that's too big with no protection and the game gets damaged. This never used to happen with Zatu. It seems those days have gone. My last order was sent out in a "box" that had just been made by folding a large sheet of card over. It wasn't sturdy and the game was loose inside. I paid extra for the next day delivery and after waiting 3 days for a reply from my email, I was offered a replacement once I had returned my order, but not even as much as a refund on my next day delivery payment, so in affect, I would have paid next day delivery and then waited a week to actually have a copy of the game by the time the replacement came through. I am returning the game for a full refund and am sad to say it seems like Zatu have grown as a company to the point where standards don't matter anymore. Always a shame to see that happen

Box was badly damaged due to lack of protection in transit. Second time this has happened to me, both times has been higher priced games as well!

Slowest shipping ive ever had the misfortune to wait on. Placed the order 10 days ago supposedly shipped tracked 48. Package is currently 100 miles away

BEWARE!!!!!!! LISTS ITEMS MARKED AS IN STOCK BUT ARE NOT,GO ELSEWHERE AND PAY THE TINY BIT EXTRA BECAUSE THESE PEOPLE LIE ON THE PHONE AND IGNORE MESSAGES,IF YOU DO BUY ANYTHING DONT EXPECT TO RECIEVE ANYTHING WITHIN A YEAR,DOESNT DESERVE HALF A STAR

I’ve spent a lot of money with this company and this is why I feel so angry and feel like I’m a mug. Purchased a game for £56 as I hadn’t seen it available for a while and the very next day the price was £30. I am now returning the item. If you do not see a RRP next to the price then DO NOT BUY. Look closely and you will see that most items on the website have RRP next to them on this website if the item you are looking at does not then it is a rip off price and you could become a mug like me. Pathetic website. Will make it my mission to warn people.

Cards were damaged and the VAT prises for this product were insanely high (that’s the reason they don’t include it in the price). Payed around 70% of the price as an extra fee because of this!

Pre-ordered a game which was available when I pre-ordered and right after pre-ordering it it said out of stock, now days after the game came out and I still don't have it, ridiculous, first time I've pre-ordered of this site and it will be the last time too

Product shown as multiple in stock. Ordered and waited, wasn't till I asked them that they told me they didn't actually have it in stock, and I'd be looking at a 2 month wait. They didn't even bother to tell me themselves as soon as I ordered, probably just expecting me to wait all that time.

I can't even begin to describe how frustrated I was to open my package. You are a company that sells games and must be aware that many people collect these items. So imagine my frustration when I opened the box to find out there's no bubble wrap or any kind of padding inside? The game box came with many dents and scrapped areas. Some corners look like they are ready to split. I've paid for international shipping because it's a game I can't find in my home country, and you were completely careless with the packaging. And if I were to return the game, and the hassle would be even worse. Wouldn't recommend this website for international shoppers.

Product I recieved was broken. Customer service has taken so long only to offer a partial reimbursement which is not good enough since the product is of relative no use. It's also taken over 10 days for this whole experience and it is STILL not resolved as they send me 1 message a day, not even looking at my previous answers and also no contact on the weekend.

Ordered a present for my daughter, 6 days later it still had not been dispatched. I called the customer service number and was told they were waiting on the item from their supplier (shouldn't really be listed as in stock if they don't actually have it themselves) and it would be with them the following day, they said they would upgrade it to 24 hour shipping. Another 3 days pass, still hasn't been dispatched. I ended up ringing again, cancelling my order and getting a refund so I can order elsewhere. As a first time customer, I don't recommend and I won't be using them again.

I have ordered "Legends of Andor - The Last Hope" board game, but just received the simple first part of that - "The Legends of Andor". Why?? I can't say. Maybe it's an employer's mistake?? I would like to get answers, but probably it's a waste of time?! One star just for delivery :( I'll resell this board game to another person, who doesn't have the first part "Legends of Andor" :(

So here I am on day nine of placing my order. It's the second one in a row which has been delayed with no explanation. It's awaiting despatch. Why? I have no idea. I contacted customer services on the 3rd of May. Today is the 5th. No answer as yet. This is a shame as my previous order which was also delayed without explanation until I contacted the company. Even after I contacted Zatu the order was still not despatched until I contacted them for a second time. I was sent a £5.00 gift voucher to make amends and upgraded tp priority postage, which I appreciated and thus placed another order. This second order has now been awaiting despatch for seven days today and no reply from customer services as to why it is still there. It is essentially a repeat of my last unsatisfactory experience with an order. Once is an unfortunate mistake. Twice appears to be a good reason for me to never order with Zatu again. This is a shame for Zatu but also for myself as I miss out on what I thought was a great shop and they lose a customer. I have enclosed a snapshot of the order number with this review.
