“As well as expected the items arrived in time for Xmas, packed well and in good condition as they where gifts for family members we've still not had any feed back yet. Am sure if there was any complaints they would have contacted me by now. Many thanks. Ken”

“Placed a order on the 4th of November with a delivery date scheduled to be due on the 12th-17th November. I have just cancelled the order on January the 5th after getting tired of waiting for something that it seems was never going to come.”

“I pre-ordered 20 Strong Tanglewood All-in-one bundle back in September 2025. The order was dispatched, presumably, on the 14th of November, 2025, but, apparently, has been lost by the courier, as the status of the delivery shows that it is still awaiting the item dispatch from the vendor... All in all, it is now January 2026 and I am still without the game I ordered half a year ago almost. I will update the review IF the situation is resolved at some point, as right now all I am getting in response is - we will look into it, you need to wait, the vendor has 30 days to look into this issue - and so on, and so forth. For the time being this is a strong DO NOT RECCOMMEND from my end.”
