“I preordered this off Zatu, which means paying for it when it isn't in stock. After nearly 2 months of waiting I checked the site to see if there were any in stock, to find that 3 were in stock but no game was being sent to me. I complained about this via email and didnt really get an explanation, whether it was a mistake or a natural part of the process, just that the game in general was on the way to the warehouse. From what I have heard from others, similar things have happened to them, so I decided to switch my big Christmas order to chaos cards. It seems like Zatu is happy to just take your money without fulfilment, if you dont notice.”

We completely understand how disappointing it can be when you’re waiting for a product to arrive. We can confirm that your order was dispatched on 22/12/2025 and delivered on 24/12/2025. At the time you contacted us, the order was still in transit, and it was being processed as planned. Preorders are taken in advance of stock arriving in our warehouse, and while we aim to fulfil these as quickly as possible, stock can sometimes arrive in batches which may not always align with when customers check availability on the site. “I am really disappointed that I had to pay both customs and handling fees even though Zatu wrote that my order was approved so that I did not have to pay any additional customs fees. But that did not work! I received an invoice when importing to the EU. I therefore created a support case and Zatu were good at answering my inquiry and they asked me to pay for the customs and the handling fee for releasing the order and then Zatu would refund my expenses. But subsequently they only paid the amount for the customs of 7£ but not for the handling fee of 19£! I therefore cannot recommend shopping in this store if you are shopping from an EU country.”

While we do our best to provide clear information regarding customs, handling or administration fees are applied directly by the destination country or courier and are outside of our control. These charges are not customs duties themselves and are set by the local courier for processing the import, which means we’re unfortunately unable to refund these amounts. As confirmed, we were able to refund the taxes you had paid with us of £7, as this relates directly to import duty. However, the handling fee of £19 is retained by the courier or customs authority and is not something we receive. We appreciate your comments and are sorry that this experience has affected your confidence in ordering from us internationally.
