The product that arrived was missing the base game, despite being advertised on the site as base game with expansion. Still not sorted.

I ordered Ice Cool 2 from Zatu in December 2021 and it has still not been sent to me. When I ordered the game they were ‘expecting stock’ and the date kept being pushed back. Then when I chased the order they struggled to find my order number and told me they still hadn’t received stock (at the time a friend managed to get the game from another company so stock was circulating). I have again chased for my game to be sent out - they are showing as currently having stock and still I have had no confirmation my copy has been sent out to me. 3 years ago I paid for Ice Cool 2 and still not received!!!!

Awful customer service waiting times. Awful product information (And incorrect) Claims delays when every other company has the product. Then on a release day, get the product 5 days later when everyone else gets it on release. I'll stop shopping here.

Took 22 days to deliver 2 in stock items? …….I emailed on day 20 to chase my order for it to be dispatched later that day🙄….is that what it takes? Not impressed.

the package contained a damaged and missing element (the detached hand was not even in the ziplock bag), now I will have to sculpt the hand with my own materials. 😔

I have never had an issue with Zatu before, but when something went wrong with my latest order their response was awful. I made an error with my delivery address due to auto-complete altering my previously entered address when I filled in my card details. I only noticed this when I received my order confirmation, but instantly raised a ticket as this was the only means of contacting Zatu on a Saturday. Sadly Zatu's processes did not spot this before they dispatched my package. The following day (I had paid for next day delivery as it was wanted quickly) Royal Mail could not deliver as it was an invalid address. The games were finally returned to Zatu on the following Wednesday (4 days after ordering was submitted), so I called Zatu to arrange redelivery. I was forced to pay a further £3 for the privilege of having my package delivered to the correct address, but I was told it should be with me in the next couple of days. When this time period passed, I called again and was told that they couldn't do anything as it was up to the warehouse to sort it out and I should be patient. The following Tuesday when my games still hadn't arrived (10 days after I placed my next day delivery) I started a webchat with Amy, who is the sole person from Zatu to come out of this sorry tale with any praise. She sought to chase people down and ensure that my delivery was sent asap and to her credit it arrived the following day. The games were supposed to be a birthday present and they arrived a week after the birthday, which is unacceptable when I paid for next day delivery (and then paid again).

Very poor communication from Zatu and slow dispatch time. They also used yodal as a courier who were absolutely dreadful, lying about trying to deliver the item then just not turning up on numerous occasions and no way to contact them.

Poor communication, had my money for 3 months and no product sent. Ordered an item on in early September but it had just gone out of stock so was placed as a pre order. I paid in full for the item and checked the website regularly for stock updates. The item had a notice on its page saying ‘restock on 10th November 2024’, although I was disappointed to wait I was patient as I spent over £120 on the item and I was desperate to get hold of it. On 10th November I checked the website only to see that the item was simply listed as out of stock and no further information available, I emailed querying whether I was actually going to receive the goods I have paid for only to be told there is an issue with supply and procurement are trying to get hold of the item. As it was produced in a limited run I doubt I will ever receive the item unless zatu pay a scalper on eBay almost double what I’ve already paid thinking I would receive the product as promised. Really disappointed.

13/10/24 I order WFP Enemy within campaign-Vol 4 Horned Rat collectors Edition and Alien RPG building Better Worlds. Both are listed in stock with stock levels of 3+. 29/10/24 Informed books are been sent 2 plus weeks after ordering them. 01/11/24 Received parcel, packed in poor book envelope especially for the weight of the books with no packaging to stop books sliding about. I take photos and inform zatu. 05/11/24 Hear from Zatu CS with details to print off documents for return (no printer) but I can sort the return out via royal mail online so that is a positive. I write down order details, book titles and include with returned books 07/11/24 Royal Mail pick up parcel to return and is delivered to Zatu day after 08/11/24 14/11/24 Writing this review, heard nothing back from Zatu, not even acknowledgement they received the book back. When I informed Zatu of the damaged books they were both still in stock but checking today they are no longer. So a month later from the initial order I'm left with no info on whether I will be refunded or books will be replaced. This really should have been a priority when I initially informed you of the damage, poor packaging and suppled photo. I used to order from Zatu now and then but have used them maybe only 4 times in the past two years and those 4 orders were all badly packaged, fortunately outside of a scuffed board game box they survived transit. Zatu return policy is extremely poor, clearly when something goes wrong their response and non-action to resolve it is just poor. Please do a better job of packaging the items and sending them in a decent box.

Fraudulent company. Never in my life have I had to provide of ID and address verification for an order online that has been paid with a credit card. This smells of fraud wanting to obtain my personal details. My order was a little over £150. Ridiculous

Paid for a Pre-Order 3 Months advance. Release date comes and passes with no shipment. My email wasn't replied to, eventually through social media I was told there would be a delay, of an unspecified duration. If you're aware of an issue, reach out to your affected customers.

First time using Zatu, placed my order for an item that was listed as in stock and given an estimated delivery date of 5-6 working days. On the 5th day I still had not recieved confirmation of it being dispatched, so I logged on to check my order only to find out that the item is now not in stock. The estimated restock date is currently looking like some time next year. All of this with zero communication from Zatu, I am currently awaiting a refund and for my oder to be cancelled. Upon leaving this review I can see I am not the only one to end up in this situation. Safe to say I wont be using Zatu again in the future

Absolutely terrible. Zatu lost my order and didn't even know that until I told them. Then they opened an investigation that took 10 more days. Responses from them took several days if not longer. The order actually showed up 6 weeks after they shipped it and after they had declared it lost.I had already ordered and received the game elsewhere and was already asking about a refund. I sent the order back on the next shipping day, and they confirmed they received it the day after that. Then they told me that even though they had the order, I had to wait for my refund until they could ship their own order back to themselves overseas. No customer should have to wait for them to send a package to themselves while keeping the customer's refund like ransom money. Then they sent no word for weeks. After I contacted them, it seems that they have lost the order again, while sending it to themselves. They are opening another investigation. I still have no refund. It has been 2 1/2 months since the shipped the order. I would have contacted them directly... but the contact us section just has pictures where they refer to themselves as "Dungeon Masters" etc. I will probably get back my money at some point, but I will never get back the time they have wasted.

Poor packaging on both my orders, boxes with items rattling aroun inside. Plus I have had a huge amount of Spam phone calls since placing orders with you, coincidence? Or are you selling on my information? Good delivery speed and price but you need to improve your packaging.
