The website takes ages to load and they have always "offers" on every product, but actually it's just the normal price that other shops also have. The delivery is quite expensive and you can't buy a bunch of games to get free delivery (I believe? I didn't find the option though). The website is also clunky to use and provides misinformation about products that are going to be in stock, but they actually never get back again.

Not Zatu's fault but I purchased an e-raptor insert for Food Chain Magnate. It arrived well packed and promptly but the laser cut has been distorted so the tabs and slots for the bases and walls don't align. The error is no just a whisker out, either the bases have been stretched of the walls shrunk. As a result it can't be fixed with a trim with a scalpel and none of it fits together at all. Looks like something corrupted the file for this batch of laser cuts. Waiting for feedback from Zatu and e-raptor. In the meantime-AVOID.

I have placed 2 orders of The Amazing Spider-Man essential on back order in December and I have not heard anything from this company very poor communication and I can't even get ahold of them.

Ended up having to cancel my order as a month after the product release date they still wouldn't even tell me when my order wound be delivered, and only told me there was a delay at all when I chased them. Never had an issue with them in the past but won't be using them again.

At the moment it's almost impossible to shop hear. 10-20 second delays each time you select and item to either browse or add to your basket. Want to peruse items for purchase? Better put aside an hour or two. C'mon Zatu, sort it out!

Your company is a joke. I ordered Cyclades Minis which were supposed to be 29 of them. Instead I have received only 15. Your description on a day of purchasing minis was quite different from the one that is written right now. You decieved many buyers. Shame ofyou !!!!!!

Ordered from Zatu in August 2024, an item in my order said it was out of stock, expected restock 01/09/2024. It's now May 2025, I've still not received a single item from my order, even though they took payment when I placed the order. Despite having contacted Zatu a few times about this, I always get the same response - we'll send it when we have it, don't bother us about this. Really not acceptable. If you took payment, do a better job to source it, or at least send the rest of the order. If you won't do that, don't take payment until you send the order out.

Ordered, they didn't deliver. Emailed, no answer. I called, got lied to. Called twice more, more lies. Escalated to a manager with a follow up email. Then I get told they haven't shipped my order because they sold out (was in stock when I bought it), and instead of being honest about it, they lied nonstop about it. I don't recommend, still don't have my order

I ordered an item, it took them 2 weeks to sort it out, I got no updates and constantly I had to keep chasing them up for updates, eventually I cancelled the item as there had been no updates a few days later they said it was ready for dispatch, I didn't want it at this point and refused the delivery as I purchased it elsewhere, they refunded me but not fully. and won't even acknowledge how bad the service was. Avoid if you don't want a headache.

I ordered two items. One was out of stock. The expected delivery time was changed and I was not notified. I had to contact customer service to check if there was an update myself. They told me that the item was no longer available and that I would get a refund. Then I replied immediately that I want to cancel the entire order. However, the remaining item was shipped anyway, which cost me twice the shipping cost of the shipped item. In addition, the shipped item became cheaper in the meantime on their website, but this did not affect my price.

Normally would be 5 stars but received a faulty item and trying to get it sorted. I was told to contact the manufacturer, I did, they told me to contact zatu, I did then after 3 more emails I haven't got a response from zatu and I am now trying to get the game manufacturer to sort out the issue with zatu. A month later and still nothing has been sorted.

I made a preorder. They've been holding my money for more than a month and then just done full refund. Then I asked why, they responded that they had send me one email asking to send my ID, proof of address (fraud prevention) or use different payment method. I haven't noticed this email, my bad obviously, but I can't believe it's normal for online shop to ask user to send ID for an order that is worth ~100eur, this really looks fishy and amateur. And they don't make this clear before making an order! What is more, there is no information in their website about order status being OnHold or something, also not a single reminder email/nothing was sent. Conclusion: waited so long for new stuff and in the end got nothing and even lost 4eur for currency exchange...

Price is higher compared to the shops from my country. Brexit is the dumbest and stupidest thing that your country could do. After 4 weeks I still don't have the products. The customs ask me to present stupid papers. I'll never order from UK any product!!! Ever! Good luck outside EU!
