Yeah, they're cheap but woe betide you if there are any problems. They take over two weeks to respond to queries and they're utterly useless. I wasted £10 with these fools because of their broken website and they refused to do anything about it. Go with someone else.

My previous experiences with ZATU games had been very very positive. This included matters of pricing, packaging, delivery and customer service. Sadly, my last 2 orders with the company have been at first disappointing to most recently angering! The first is the delivery time of GMTs North Africa 41. Everybody else has now had this game for 3 months. ZATU keep putting delivery time back and back and having still not arrived, its now been put back to December! Shocking! The second was another game ordered and waited for 5 months before cancelling. Again a GMT game and whilst shown as not in stock it WAS at GMT in stock. As ZATU had received orders from GMT over those 5 months, I am unclear why ZATU could not have asked for a copy of the game to be included in the most recent pallets? Having cancelled and assured a refund was organised, I checked back 10 days later to find that it had been forgotten!! So they refunded me again (apparently) but this time I asked to let me know what card was being refunded as it was tiresome checking all my accounts. Each time I ask them this, all I get back is "Refund will take 5-10 days". After 4 attempts, I still receive the same answer and nobody telling me where its being refunded to? Incidentally, the refund is still not here.

Placed a back order in September with delivery scheduled for end of October. After not hearing anything I checked the status and its now down as end of December. No communication from the company to explain. Requested a refund which they say will take 5 to 10 days to process (it's with PayPal). This length of time is a joke in this day and age, they just want to keep my money for even longer!

I needed the latest rulebook for Call of Cthulhu for a game I was planning to run. The scenario and everything is mostly planned out, but I need at least one copy so that the players can make their characters. I figured I'd order from an independent game store to avoid throwing even more money at Amazon, but I am starting to regret that now. The order was for a few small items that I rounded up to five to take advantage of their coupon code and the order was dispatched and send as expected, but when it arrived it was well packaged, but somewhat light and when I opened the it the rulebook (the main reason for ordering in the first place) was missing. Fair enough, mistakes happen, I'll just contact support: A day later I receive a message around the lines of: "We are investigating this, if you do not hear from us within 48 hours, let us know and we will escalate this" Somewhat suspicious that they are asking me to chase them if I don't hear back, but at this point I still think that they might actually be doing something about this. As the message suggested, I chase after 48hours (only business days, I ignored the weekend) and get another message a day later about them escalating this to management. It is now a few days later and a few more messages from my end, but I have not heard anything back since then. Overall it has been almost two weeks since the beginning of this journey and I am appalled at their handling of this. I have now ordered the book from somewhere else since I have no faith in ever receiving it from here, but I'll continue to try to at least get my money back. I had to cancel on my players since I couldn't run character generation without the book.

First time ordering from them and I have to say, awful experience. I have ordered 1 game (Everdell Complete Collection), after 26 days, the package has still not arrived, the status of the shipment (Advised) has not changed from day 1. The only thing their support team told me was to reach out to them 26 days later. When I reached out to them, I have not received a response at all. No package, no update from the courier, no response from Zatu.

The next day delivery of order placed before 6pm is misleading. Having paid extra I was told the following… “Unfortunately, having investigated this for you I can see that the 24 hours shipping only applies from the point of despatch to delivery, however we are unable to guarantee that the item will be delivered to you 24 hours after placing the order”

It's almost incredible, I ordered this one full year ago and didn't get my package until today, November of 2023. I have never even seen a delay like that, I'm almost impressed. This is of course after calling customer service a number of times and leaving my name and number in a voicemail. This is also the company that incorrectly displays Descent games at half their value years after it being discontinued, and will cancel your order 3 months after you try to buy them. What a company!

I ordered a week ago and paid for next day delivery, still haven't recieved my goods which are a birthday present which is now overdue, i'm absolutley appalled by the service from both you and yodel and will be taking this matter further as the customer service from both yourselves and them is abysmal, we all know you will blame them and they will blame you but how about someone takes responsibilty for this as i am absolutely livid that an item i ordered for next day delivery is still not here after a week and you have made a child upset which is simply not good enough, i expect to be contacted about this matter swiftly with an explanation

Bought a birthday present for someone and paid to have it include a personal message. Message was missing on delivery, which was irritating. Raised a ticket to get a refund for that part of the cost, but 10 days on still no progress. How hard can it be?

The game is good but delivery from the site is very poor as it didn't arrive the next day as it was supposed to plus they delivered to the wrong address a day later. So if you are buying a game from this website be aware of delivery issues and order a long time in advance. The next day delivery is not good so just choose the standard delivery. Bad experience due to delivery.

Ordered coins on a 48hr delivery that were listed as IN STOCK. One week later and they still haven't even been dispatched yet! Last time I am using Zatu!!!!

Appalling customer service. My order didn’t arrive and nobody replied to my emails. I wanted to cancel it as it was a present and the birthday had passed, but then it was dispatched over a month later and I was told that I’d have to arrange the return.

Zatu games sucks. I ordered a Halloween mask a week before I needed it for a Halloween party and I paid extra for rush delivery. I did not yet receive it. They gave me a tracking to follow but the package hasn't moved in 5 days. I wrote to Zatu to inquire and they emailed me a form letter stating that the package is moving along and I should check the tracking number again to see its progress. Well I just checked the tracking and it still hasn't moved in 5 days. WTF? Don't order anything from Zatu if you need a product in a timely fashion.
