“With the new year underway, I've been looking to start exploring board games, and Zatu Games was the perfect place to begin. They have such a wide selection of games that I was spoiled for choice. The fact that the rating system breaks down each game into different categories really helped me to decide what games I wanted. Also, including how-to-play/review videos was such a good way for me to be able to get a better feel for each game before purchasing. I've had an amazing time with the games that I bought, and I'm already itching to pick up more, so I'll definitely be back!”

“One of my favourite sites for tcg. Prices are good and the selection is also. Items are packaged well and they tend to send the parcels out the same day. I have only on one occasion had the need to contact customer support and the speed in which the matter was dealt with was extremely fast and professional. This happened on my very first order but due to the way I was dealt with this has made me come back again and again. A big shout-out to the entire Zatu team. What an impression!”

“Picked to get my purchase from Zatu Games and added extra items I didn't need at the time (card sleeves etc), so I would qualify for their promo to get a free dice tray. There was also another promo code of a % off your total but since you could only use one promo at a time, I couldn't take advantage of this discount. Was sent out my items and the free dice tray was missing. Contacted them to be told they had ran out... strange when they were still selling them on their site. Plus did not notice any Ts and Cs when they ran the promo on their site. Nor did I notice any Ts and Cs on any other their other promos they ran on the lead up to Christmas - be interesting to know if they sent any of them out of if it was just a ploy... I also mentioned when I contacted them I had missed out in another promo to get the free dice promo, which they did not fuffil. Feel like the LEAST they could have done was to offer to apply that promo, since they didn't send me the free dice tray as advertised. Wouldn't use them again. Plenty more sites (and physical stores) offering the same thing out there.”

We’ve reviewed the orders in question and can see that the coupon code required for the free dice tray promotion was not applied at checkout on the relevant order. Unfortunately, promotions are only triggered when the applicable code is entered at the point of purchase. In regards to the other order mentioned, a different promotional code was applied, and as outlined in our terms and conditions, only one coupon code can be used per order. With regard to the free dice tray, promotional items are always subject to availability. Once stock of a promotional item has been exhausted, we’re unable to add these retrospectively or substitute them after an order has been placed. While the product may still appear on the website as a standard item, this does not guarantee availability for promotional fulfilment.
