“Zatu is my number one for board gaming! An absolutely incredible selection, and usually at great competitive prices as well as a rewards system that rewards my impulsive spending. Dispatch and delivery are always very short periods and I’ve never had an issue with quality control or damage. Incredible company!”

“TLDR: Great for in stock, the absolute worst for Pre-ordering/New Releases. Perfect if you want to watch everyone else enjoy their new releases that came on time while you wonder why you really thought "Surely it won't happen again" and decided to pre-order from Zatu. The staff are super friendly, the support is great, returns/refunds and issues are sorted quickly but the massive caveat is the service is only great, for in stock ready to go items. I'm not talking back order, second wave pre-orders, Items they are ordering on demand etc. New Release Pre-Orders have arrived on time 0/0 times, dispatched for release date 0/0 times and everyone else is getting it right & managing to do it. These aren't courier delays, or supplier delays, whether you pre-order weeks or a few days in advance they have failed to dispatch every new release I have ever ordered, to be delivered on release date. In stock? Great go ahead the service is incredible, but if you are planning to have a games night on a saturday for a new release that releases friday & you pre-order from Zatu? It's not coming on time at all, they will tell you they don't have it yet, but every competitor and everywhere else you look, go, pre-order from, visit in person, from all UK & EU Distro's - they have it, have had it & as intended, it arrives on Release Day or at the very least was dispatched to be. Zatu is so close to being one of the UKs best, but taking a quick cash flow advance for pre-orders they have never been able to & continue to not deliver on release date leaves too sour a taste to reccomend.”

With regards to your Digimon TCG order, this was delayed due to circumstances outside of our control. Pre-orders are fulfilled based on when stock is physically received from suppliers and distributors. Unfortunately, there are occasions where suppliers do not distribute stock in time for release, or delays occur within the courier network before the stock reaches us. We completely understand how frustrating this is, especially when you see other retailers fulfilling orders sooner. However, we can only dispatch items once they have physically arrived with us. Differences in supplier allocations, distribution channels, and delivery timings can mean that stock arrives with retailers at different times. We appreciate your feedback regarding release-day expectations. While we always aim to dispatch as quickly as possible, release-day delivery cannot be guaranteed for pre-orders due to the reliance on external supply chains. We do understand how this impacts plans such as game nights, and we’re sorry this has affected your experience. “Game is high quality. I gave a complaint about shipping. The deliverer left the package out in The rain. Fortunately we got it before the outer box soaked through. Otherwise the game would have been ruined. I recommend that if you can’t guarantee delivery to a dry place by your courier that you wrap the enclosed package in plastic.”
