“I don’t think the situation even deserved any stars. I ordered specific paints for my brother for Christmas, not just one but 5, imagine my shock when the wrong paints arrived with a different code and packaging. Customer service was good at the start and said it was their mistake and they’d issue a replacement. I sent the item back on the 22nd of December, received by them on the 27th of December with no further actions. So not only did my brother not get his paints for Christmas - which were delayed because they had them at a different location as were out of stock… wrong paints arrived and now half way through January after I chased them they told me the listing was wrong (they had 2 different ones) and they will issue a refund within 5 working days. It’s now the 15th of January and I still haven’t been issued a refund.”

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it can take several working days for the funds to appear back in your account after being processed, but the refund itself has been completed from our side. “Fair enough service. The parcel arrived early in the 7 day time window estimate. However the games were wrapped in a couple of sheets of paper which meant they had no padding at all and were shifting about in the shipping box. Pure luck that none of them came badly damaged. Does make me hesitate to order again if there’s no care taken to prepare games to ship across an ocean and a continent. In the end I’m glad to have got a game which isn’t in print over here, but I’m sad that the box has some minor damage to it because the warehouse is careless with packing. If they’d just crumpled the sheets of paper and put them in one corner it would have still been inept but at least on the right track.”

“I ordered 2 games for Christmas presents on 11/26/2025. It is now 1/15/2026 - 7 weeks later and still no games delivered. The only communication I receive is when I contact them for any updates. Worst experience I’ve had buying anything online.”
