“My parcel was delivered damage, so much so that the underlying book was also damaged. After initially being told that it was “cellophane only” I was offered a 10% partial refund. Customer service was brusque and unpleasant. I had been a good customer of Zatu over the last 10 years, but not any more.”

Hi there, Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear your order arrived damaged. I can see that when this was first raised to us, our customer service team replied to say they could not see the damage based on the images provided. While we do not offer compensation when the cellophane shrinkwrap arrives with tears or rips, it was unfortunately not clear that this damage extended to the product itself! Once additional images were provided, a partial refund was offered, but I can see this was rejected.
