I ordered a game called Degrees of Separation for the Switch on 18.01.23. They sent me a message over a week after confirming it saying it has been dispatched. This was on the 26th. I paid for 48 hour tracked delivery. Estimated arrival date says Mon 23rd Jan - Wed 25th Jan. It is the 29th today. I don't have the game. I checked my order on the website. It says Received - Awaiting Dispatch. I can't even track it because they haven't even bothered to send it yet!!! I sent them a message about their confirmation and have sent them another message about this. I've been ignored and am sorely disappointed.

Extremely bad customer service. I made my order 2 years ago and have moved since. When they sent the package it hade my old adress(this is my fault as i forgot to change it). However, when i tried to contact Zatu to change my adress after dispatch, they have not been helpful at all. I wrote to them 4 times for them to contact parcel force to change adress but i didnt even get a single answer.

Ordered a game just after Christmas and paid for next day delivery. Never arrived with tracking saying it was lost in transit. Absolutely 0 customer service, waiting for 2 weeks at a time to get a reply and no refund given. Apparently it’s now my responsibility to take it up with the delivery company? Having to go via bank now to receive refund. Will seriously avoid this company in future.

Send there support a message and see if they get back to you. I'm waiting 5 days and not a pip. Also no sign of my package and it was shipped two weeks ago.

10 days after ordering still nothing in Sight...according to the tracking number the order is dispatched but still Not arrived at the post Office. And now they want me to Review their Service hahah i feel they done nothing for the last 10 days Except getting paid. What should i Review about in your opinion?!?!?!

Ordered item 6th December. Still hasn’t left UK. Tracking says parcel taken to Royal Mail one month later! One month ! Parcel still has not left Uk. Customer service just keeps telling meto wait, but after nearly 2 months I want a full refund or at very least resend item now,

Parcel is listed as shipped but hasn’t moved nearly 2 weeks. It says on Royal Mail waiting for sender to drop off parcel. It’s probably the hack on Royal Mail but that was 5 days after they claimed to have shipped it. I sent customer support an email for an update 4 days ago and I have no response. No email about the delay, or response from my queries. I bought for my nieces birthday yesterday and had to buy her something else

Absolute terrible customer service! My delivery status is the same for 11 days , something is wrong with Royal Mail , but I had to find out myself. No communication or even an apology for the delay . Mind you I paid 15 pounds for delivery. Had to send them 3 emails and even on Instagram just to get the same automated answer that they're sorry. No compensation , no nothing. I tried even calling(I'm from another country) and no one is answering their phones. Still I don't know where my order is, when will it come or anything really. First time ordering , and it's safe to say it will be the last. Just a terrible experience overall and I'm just hoping to get the stuff I paid for at this point. Do your job better or I'll be talking to the local authorities.

Paid for 48 hour delivery took 2 emails and almost 3 weeks to arrive. Won't be shopping here again.

As much as I am very happy to receive my games with no issue, I am overcharged and I was neither get refunded nor given a valid gift card. I sent several emails to find a solution this email but Zatu Team never paid attention to my problem. Long story short, I was charged more than 10 pounds and hopefully I can be refunded or given a valid gift card.

I guess that it is an automatic email sent out asking for a review. Would be extremely rude and disrespectful if otherwise. It is well over a month since I placed my order and I still have not received my item (not a restock item) customer support employees have been polite and quick to answer my emails, but this is just ridiculous.

Lack of customer support, the order is not shipped yet (10th or 11th day after the purchase). Sadly this is the 1st time I had an issue with Zatu, I hope it wont repeat.

Absolute worst customer service ! My order has been stuck in the same status for 9 days . No one contacted me about any delays or offered some kind of information about where my stuff are ! Had to send 3 emails and Dm on Instagram to get the same automated answer that’s just a fake apology without telling me where is my stuff and when I’ll get them . No compensation for the delivery fees I paid no one answering the phones . Just a bad bad way to handle customers !
