I regret to say Zatu has let me down. As a long standing customer they have not had the decency to reply after Yodel admitted liability on a parcel that was Lost / Stolen. Their terms and conditions 6.5 state they will provide replacements and claim loss from the courier. Yodel have been dishonest by carrying out fake scans in "Error" and unhelpful after over three weeks of hassle. Zatu will not respond to me other than to say the item was recorded as delivered. Yodel have informed Zatu that they accept liability for the loss, but Zatu have done nothing to rectify this, despite mumerous emails. The items were ordered on 22/12/2022. Lexi is aware of the issue, but stated the package was delivered. We have CCTV, screenshots and email admissions of liability by Yodel. I have placed a lot of orders with you only to be let down when it matters, since our twin son's birthday was missed. We seem to be ignored by customer service.

Do not respond to queries properly, generic responses. 30+ days to deliver an item, won't answer emails and won't refund. When they get it right their fine, but their customer service is so bad, when you do have an issue, you're going to suffer. Highly advise not using them just because they have a fancy website!

Ordered on the 27/12 paid for next day delivery, order still not received on the 29/12, contacted them via contact form. No response, checked the tracking information again several times since and as of today item is still not showing any progress. Tried calling Customer Helpline, which is closed “to get orders out as quick as possible”. No delivery confirmation from courier so can only presume it still has not been delivered

Currently very unhappy with the service, or lack of. Sent many emails regarding my order that has still not arrived. Tracking shows it hasn't been picked up since created on the 20th Dec with their courier. Sent plenty of emails through there direct email and online forum with no replies and I have tried to phone the company but the phone service says it is closed to get orders out. My order still hasn't gone out. It is now the 6th January. I understand the delays due to the strikes, ect but the fact I'm getting no communication except for an email asking me to review.

I made an order at 12am, after not more than 30 minutes I wrote them in order to cancel the order. They answered me 4 hours later saying that it wasn’t possible because the order was sent (when I wrote it wasn’t sent). I still think is not that possible to make all that stuff in 30 minutes. My last order with them

No option for zero stars but after almost a month, my game has not arrived and Zatu are not replying to my emails. The worst possible service - money taken and no product, so I can only give the worst possible review. I would not recommend at all.

It has been two weeks since I was supposed to receive my package and it still has not arrived. The shipping company has not even scanned it into their system, leading me to believe that Zatu just has not yet sent it out. I have reached out to Zatu many times now and they have given me no helpful information. I will be canceling my order and not ordering from here again.

Wouldnt buy again, purchased a game, nothing started it was a code only! Game arrive and it was a code! Other games had it stated only a code! Contacted Zatu who gave a one line apology and said they would update the website! Needed for xmas and was to late to send back!!

Pretty sure you won’t post this review. Easy to order games then they didn’t arrive, I chased up - very poor communication, no way to get through on phone as lines closed. Told the games would arrive before Christmas (they were due 16th) but they were put in the post on the 2 strike days before Christmas so this was either downright untrue or someone wasn't thinking, they arrived 28th. Will not be using you again. Stressful and expensive as I was out buying replacement gifts on Christmas Eve.

This was supppsed to be a Christmas present for my soccer mad son. I ordered it early December. Only an empty cardboard box arrived. Obviously it got lost in transit. I have reported this to Zatu Games & I believe they are investigating this.It’s very disappointing. I have only had one email so far from them and I reported it 2 weeks ago.

Ordered on the 14th of December with a latest ETA of 24th December. Paid for Royal Mail tracked 48. Said they would email when it had been dispatched. No email so contacted them after a week and was told it may take up to 2 months as I had ordered a restock item. I hadn’t, the website displayed it as being in stock. Pointed this out, item miraculously appeared and was dispatched more than a week after order and only because I’d had to follow it up. Arrived on 30/31 December. Disappointing as this was a Christmas gift and was ordered in good time. Asked them about a refund of the postage at least because they’d failed to deliver to a proper standard . Sent 2 emails and no reply, not even an acknowledgment or apology. I appreciate Christmas is a busy time but that is not the way to treat customers. Only reviewing as despite not replying to my email I did get an automated one asking for a review so here it is.

Item was ordered on the 7th December with Royal Mail tracked 48 and was not dispatched until 23rd of December after repeatedly contacting customer service. I've bought from Zatu before but will be avoiding in future.

Still waiting for my item. Was sent ages ago but still not got it and also not got a refund yet after contacting them. I know royal mail are poor at the moment but but I run my own business and would have sorted this issue out ages ago.

My order on 15th Dec did not arrive in time for Christmas, despite the website promoting that it would. The product was in stock when I ordered, but was not dispatched until the 22nd. Contact centre apologised and informed me after the time of dispatch that it 'should' reach me in time for Xmas. Product arrived on the 28th Dec Price was good, cheaper than other leading retailers. Product quality was good.
