I’ve ordered a lot from zatu and never had a problem but I ordered something and paid for express delivery and it did not come on time I called to ask about getting the delivery refunded they flat out said no so I’m just letting everyone know don’t pay any extra for delivery

Didn’t come for 2 weeks after arrival date and wasn’t even the ps5 with the game like I had ordered! zatu games I will never be ordering from yous again!!

My order has completely failed to arrive a month after it was ordered. I chased this up with Zatu who said they'll contact the PO and they will get back to me soon. A week went by and still no order and I heard nothing from Zatu. Contact them after a full month asking for a refund which is my legal right. Zatu ignored my request and just they hope the PO delivers it soon. And that they will look into it and get back to me 'soon'. Have responded again to ask for my refund by 20th January 2023 or a formal complaint of misconduct will be raised.

This purchase of three Tales of Aria decks Flesh and Blood for £22.49 was 5 stars, but the next purchase I'm having problems with is therefore 1 star. My last order was four Monarch Flesh and Blood blitz decks for £30.19. They only sent me one deck. I made the complaint on the 11th of January, on the 12th of January they said they would investigate and asked to wait 48 hours. Since then, six days have passed and they don't answer me anymore. I'm quite concerned about the lack of responses and the loss of buying four decks and only receiving one.

Twice I've ordered a game from this company and twice it arrived in a box almost the same size as the game and obviously with no protection around. One was quite damaged and they were difficult to reimburse me and I only got 50% of the price and they didn't include the expeditions fees (as they promised in the first place). Avoid this company, they are crooks.

Still waiting for my item ordered 14/12 (international tracked) to leave the UK. It took 3 weeks for them to take the item to the post office, and after that no movement, nothing. I would not recommend as customer service only gives me a it’s on its way message asking me to wait. NEVER AGAIN.

Even though I have contacted them about not receiving my parcel they have made no effort to reply or help. I'm really frustrated because I've wasted £30 on a gift that's not turned up.

Ordered on the 14/12/22, didn't turn up for Christmas. Understandable with clear communication. I was told that a refund would be available if the delivery wasn't attempted by the 7th. However there has been complete silence despite several emails asking for a timescale.

Advertises that they use Clearpay but at checkout there was no means to pay using that option. Very disappointed.

Very disappointing. As much as I'd love to win the Wimbledon tickets, I have to be honest here. I purchased the NSFW What do you Meme expansion pack on the 30th December, with next day delivery, to arrive on the 31st December (i.e. NYE) ready for a NYE party where I had gone to the effort of creating a load of meme cards of my friends and was ready for a hell of a lot of fun with these cards. I chose Zatu games because I like to try and help smaller companies than the usual Amazon etc, plus my girlfriend has used you in the past and was very happy with the service, and your delivery promises seemed excellent. So I was very dismayed to see at around 3pm on NYE that the parcel still hadn't been dispatched, and that then wasn't dispatched until around the 3rd Jan. Very disappointing. I have complained numerous times but have received very generic responses like 'don't worry, it will be with you soon!', and I'm like how is that helpful, I ordered it for delivery NYE, I think it is unfair that you advertise next day delivery to lure people in, and then can't deliver on those promises, if you'll pardon the pun. I have received a £1 refund on the delivery, which I have been told makes it a 48 hour delivery rather than 24 hour, but it took over 100 hours to actually receive the product, so am hoping for a full delivery refund. Overall it is a real shame this has happened, I suppose in the future I will have to, with regret, use Amazon as they can delivery when promised.
